• Qualification: B.Tech, candidates will have to complete the 10th & 12th level examination with securing minimum 75% marks for General category and for SC/ST category is 65% marks as aggregate and should also have the valid scorecards of JEE Main.
• B.Arch, candidates must pass the 10th & 12th level examination with securing minimum 50% marks and have taken the necessary subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) with securing 50% as aggregate marks.
• M.Tech, Applicants need to hold the Degree of B.E/ B.Tech (relevant stream) with acquiring a minimum of 60% marks for the General category, and for SC/ST category is 50% marks from any reputed university.
• M.Plan, candidates want to apply needs to have the B.Arch/ B.Plan Degree with acquiring minimum of from 60% marks or (CGPA 6.5/10) from any of recognized university.
• M.Sc, B.Tech/ B.Sc/ M.Tech degree-holding candidates with securing a minimum of 55% of marks and also have the valid scorecards of the IIT JAM exam can apply.
