The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Madhya Pradesh will organize the MP BE admission in June 2020. The admission will be on account of rank gained by students in the JEE Main 2020 and exam.

Those finding admission in MP BE Counseling 2020 will be going through counseling registration. During registration, they will give and secure the preference provided by them for courses and colleges and to get their documents confirmed.

Step 1 – Registration & Online Document Verification 2020

Here students need to take part in the counseling process of MP BE Counselling 2020 through online registration. Those who are eligible will only need to register once. The registration and document verification vary for students based on the JEE Main 2020 Merit List and Merit List of 12^th standard. Before you apply, it is required to be ready with documents to enter the online information

• JEE Main 2020 Current Mark sheet
• Class 10th Mark sheet
• Class 12th/qualifying exam Mark sheet
• MP Domicile Certificate (If applicable)
• Reserve Category Certificate (If applicable)
• Passport size photographs
• A valid mobile number and email ID
• The documents can be verified from Helpline Centers.

 Step 2 – Choice Filling, Choice Locking and Part Payment of Tuition/Counselling Fee

• They need to log in for providing their choices
• Those who have applied and verified their documents will be considered for providing the choices.
• For login, they will have to enlist the roll no and date of birth
• After that, you may select a minimum of 25 institutes and courses out of numerous choices.
• You can provide as many courses and colleges as you prefer there is no limitation on that
• Once you have selected your preferences, it is required to secure/lock your preferences
• At the time of securing the choices, the students will be submitting Rs. 1,530 (non-refundable) for counseling and tuition fee online according to instructions specified below via offline (MP Online Kiosk – in cash) and at Helpline Centres in cash and by means of online through Paytm, credit card, debit card, net banking.
• Counseling Fee- Rs. 400
• Part Tuition Fee-Rs. 1,000
• Portal Fee-Rs. 130

Step 2- Seat Allotment

Once you have paid the counseling fee, the seats will be provided as per merit and preference. After the seat distribution, students will need to inform the selected college as per the schedule along with the documents needed for authentication and confirmation of admission. They need to present the true documents while seat distribution otherwise they will not be given a seat.

Step 3 – Reporting to the Allotted Institute, Document Verification, and Admission at the Allotted Institute

Aspirants receiving registration and document verification slip will require to get their documents confirmed from the helpline centers but those bearing only registration slip and not document verification slip online can confirm their documents from helpline centers.
