MP PPT 2018 Common Merit List (Round 2) is releasing on 25th July 2018. MP PPT 2018 is organized by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) also called as MP Vypam. MP PPT (Madhya Pradesh Pre Polytechnic Test) counseling result will be started from the second week of July 2018. MP PPT admission process is conducted by  Vyapam or Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB), Government of Madhya Pradesh. MP PPT is a state level entrance exam for admission in polytechnic colleges in Madhya Pradesh. MP PPT admission for diploma courses in all polytechnic colleges of Madhya Pradesh.

Through this process, candidates can get admission into Polytechnic or diploma courses. These courses offered by the various private & government polytechnic colleges in Madhya Pradesh state.

This gives an opportunity to a candidate to take admission into the various polytechnic course like different colleges and institutions of the Madhya Pradesh state. And many governments sponsored and self-financed Polytechnic colleges in Madhya Pradesh consider the MP PPT exam for providing admission.

Here we are providing the tentative dates of MP PPT 2018:

MP PPT Counselling 2018


MP PPT admission process will be started after the result announced to the candidate. On the basis of 10+2 marks and the marks secured by the candidate in the MP PPT entrance examination, admission will be given to the candidate. Merit list will be prepared according to candidates score marks in the 10+2 examination and the score of MP PPT which is valid. In those cases, the deserving candidate will be given admission.

The counseling will be held through online process from 12th June 2018. Candidates who are interested in attaining counseling can download the Merit List from the official portal of conducting authority. Candidates have to submit all required documentation for registration and verification. If the candidate submits the incorrect document and found in scrutiny candidates admission will be canceled.

  • High school Mark sheet
  • High school passing certificate
  • Character Certificate
  • Domicile Certificate
  • Category Certificate
  • Residence certificate

The second round of counselling for MP PPT will be conducted in the month of July that is mid-July.

There are reservation criteria in MP PPT and it will follow the same strategy. The strategy states that 95% of the seats are reserved for the candidates who hold the residency of the Madhya Pradesh state and 5% seats are reserved for NRI candidates.

MP PPT Result 2018


MP PPT has been released on 28th may 2018. The link will be provided to the result on the official website.

 The candidates who want to download the result have to provide their details of roll number and date of birth in the given text field.

The candidates are requested to keep their result safe and preserved for the future reference as it may require during the time of admission.

MP PPT Admit Card 2018


Candidates can download the MP PPT 2018 Admit card. via online mode through the website from11th April 2018The admit card for the MP PPT examination can be downloaded from the official portal of the MP PPT website. Candidates are suggested to carry ID proof with the admit card. Identity proof can assure your identity and thus it is suggested to carry and to mandatory.

The candidates have to score a good percentage in order to be on the top of the merit list of MP PPT. MP PPT will not send the admit card via offline mode to any of the candidates.

Those students who appear for CBSE board will get the percentile that is cgpa and thus for the merit list, the students have to convert their cgpa or percentile into the percentage form. The percentage will be used to calculate the merit rank of the candidate in the merit list.

It is candidate responsibility to keep get their percentage displayed on the merit list. The merit list has been prepared on the basis of the marks secured by the candidates in the qualifying examination. The merit list has been posted in the official portal for MP PPT admissions. On the basis of the merit list, the candidate will get admission in their filled choice.

The MP PPT admit card will contain the following details:

  • Name of the candidate,
  • venue of the exam centre,
  • exam schedule,
  • fathers name,
  • category, etc

MP PPT Application Form 2018


Candidate must know How to fill when to fill, all detail related to filling an application form. MP PPT application form is available in online mode only. MP PPT 2018 Application Form Last Date has been extended till 30th March 2018. After submitting a filled application form, a candidate must keep printed copies of the MP PPT application form with them for further use.

Some detail is provided to candidate related to an application:

  • Candidates can fill MP PPT application form 12th March 2018.
  • MP PPT Registration 2018 has been started from 12th March 2018.
  • Fill all the necessary details like personal, qualification and many others in the MP PPT Application Form.
  • Candidates also have to upload the scanned images of photograph and signature.
  • After filling the application form, take the printout of it.
  • Attach all the required documents with the application form.
  • Submit the completed application form to the designated Polytechnic centers along with the required fees.

This application form is available through the official website of Vyapam for MP PPT. Applicants who filled the application form are requested to preserve their application form for the further use in future during admission. There is a rule book provided with the application form of MP PPT. The applying candidate should read this rulebook properly before filling the application form to avoid mistakes. This rule is a complete manual which provides complete guidelines and procedures regarding how to fill the application form related to MP PPT.

Application Fee 2018: 


Application fees can be paid by online and offline. A candidate who has filled application through online have to pay Rs. 400/- for the application form for the candidates who fall in general category. The candidates who fall in the reserved category will have to pay Rs. 200/-. 

The mode of payment for the fees can be online that is through credit, debit card or through net banking. The payment of the application fees can also be done via kiosk portal of the board.

Below is given detail of application fees of MP PPT:

  • The online application fee will be  400/-  for the unreserved category that is the open category.
  • Those who fall in resethe rved category will have to pay only Rs. 200/-
  • The application fee shall be submitted via online mode at the time of submitting the application at the designated centre.

MP PPT Answer Key


In between the last week of June to the first week of July.The model answer key has been released on 18th April 2018.  All the applicants can check the answer key online.

There is a link provided on the official website of the MP PPT model answer key. The answer key provided on the official website will help the candidate to calculate the score they will be achieved in the MP PPT.

Note that this score should not be considered final by the student as they answer key may get revised within 1-2 days of release. The candidates can calculate a rough score and should not completely rely on this.

MP PPT Preparation tips


 

  • Find out all the details about the officially prescribed syllabus for the examination.
  • Prepare a timetable and divide time equally for all the subjects.
  • Include every single topic of the syllabus in your preparations.
  • Take help from the best books and study materials available in the market or on the internet.
  • Practice previous years question papers and sample papers it will help you to know more about the exam pattern.
  • Take care of your health, do meditation and yoga it will help you concentrate more on your studies.

Before applies for admission look out eligibility criteria of MP PPT. Candidate must know full eligibility criteria because sometime candidate fails to know which harm them at the time of taking admission.

Candidate should know basic information about the candidate should be the Indian citizen, a candidate must be passed the 10th examination from English, Physical Science/Science and Mathematics from any recognized board etc more eligibility criteria are provided below in detail.

Before filling the application form, candidates must check the eligibility criteria:

Nationality:

  • Applicant should be an Indian citizen.
  • The candidates must hold the domicile certificate of Madhya Pradesh state.

Qualification Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification prescribed by the board for applying is 10th with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
  • The candidate must have secured minimum 35% marks in the qualifying examination to be eligible for applying.
  • The candidates who have passed the qualifying examination with grace marks are also eligible to apply.
  • Grace marks will not be considered in the calculation of minimum marks required in the qualifying examination.
  • The candidates whose 10th mark sheet is based on grading system are converted into number system on the basis of formula given in the mark sheet.
  • Aadhaar Card would be mandatory for filling the form.
