NCHMCT JEE 2023 Counselling Procedure

The procedure of NCHMCT JEE 2023 has been mentioned below for candidates, and the shortlisted candidates need to follow it.

• There will be two rounds of counselling, and the candidate has to register through online mode for the counselling procedure.
• The candidates must reach the counselling centre on the given schedule
• Candidates can choose at the time of the counselling procedure in the 2^nd round as per their choice from the choice list.
• After the choice locking, candidates will be allotted seats in the particular colleges as per the choice of candidates and seat availability.

The candidates have to pay fees at the allotted college for reporting.

Registration: 

First of all, candidates must have to register on the official website. Without doing the registration, candidates will not allow participating in the 1st and 2nd counselling.

Online Choice Filling and Choice Locking: 

Candidates have to fill out the online choice of colleges. Candidates do not forget to lock the choice because, without it, no seats will be allotted to the candidates.

Seat Allotment Result: 

After the choice filling and locking, the authority will release the seat allotment result. Candidates can check the allotment of seats online on their login account.

Online Payment of Seat Acceptance Fee: 

Candidates have to pay the seat acceptance fee through online mode. Candidates are advised to submit the fee at the stipulated time. After the last date, seats will not be provided to any candidate.

Reporting to Allotted College: 

Candidates have to report their respective allotted colleges for the confirmation of seats. The document verification process will take place in the allotted college only.
