Candidates can fill NICC entrance exam application form in offline mode means pen & paper based. The application will be available on an online official portal of the college or get it directly from the administrative office of NICC Bangalore.  Candidates have to fill application before the due date. If fails to submit the application will not be accepted.

 

Details to be filled in the application form are as follows:

  • Personal details: This section requires candidates to fill details such as name, gender, email address, mobile number etc.
  • Postal address: Here, candidates are required to give their complete postal address.
  • Qualification: Here, candidates need to mention details about the highest academic qualification obtained them.
  • Hostel accommodation: Here, candidates need to choose if they want hostel accommodation by selecting any one of the options (Yes/ Single Room/ Double Sharing Room/ No).
  • Course: Here, candidates need to choose the programme for which they wish to apply.
  • Why do you wish to join NICC: As the name suggests, in this section, candidates need to state that why do they wish to join the college.
  • Tell us more about yourself: In this section, candidates need to specify their interests, activities, honors awarded, professional expectations, hopes, dreams, ambitions, etc.
  • Signature and photograph: This section of the application form requires a photograph (of the candidate) and signature (of the candidate as well as parent/ guardian).

 

 

NICC Entrance Exam Application Fee


All candidates have to pay formality fees it can be paid through online. An online medium such as internet banking/ debit card/ credit card. Candidates must keep copies of filled application form for further uses. Check given below the following point.

 

  • Candidates can pay a NICC entrance exam application fee in online or offline mode.
  • For online payment, candidates can use internet banking/ debit card/ credit card.
  • However, it may be noted that after the payment candidates need to send an email giving details of the online bank transfer.
  • The official website informs, “Please call the Admissions Office for instructions regarding transfer/ bank details: 080-65337002.”
  • For offline payment, candidates can issue a demand draft (DD) in favour of NICC payable at Bangalore. It may be noted that candidates need to send the DD by courier.

NICC Entrance Exam 2018 Pattern


Question asked will be objective-type written entrance test. The paper should be completed in three hours no extra time will be served to any candidates. The question paper will be of total 100 marks. NICC entrance test is divided into 3 sections. Check given below exam pattern where details are given of 3 section such as Aptitude test, interview round and Portfolio Evaluation Round.

 

 

The NICC entrance exam pattern is such that the test is divided into three sections as explained below:

NICC Aptitude Test

This is an objective-type written entrance test that candidates need to complete in three hours duration. The test is aimed at testing the creative side of candidates.

NICC Aptitude Test 3 Hours 100

It may be noted that as per the NICC entrance exam 2018 pattern the aptitude test will be accompanied by an additional written test. Questions asked in the additional test will be specific to the course (UG or PG) a candidate has applied for.

Interview Round

After appearing for NICC aptitude test, candidates need to appear for the interview round on the same day. The emphasis in the interview round is typically on evaluating the candidates’ academic objectives.

Portfolio Evaluation Round

  • For UG candidates: The portfolio of UG candidates should not be more than two years old and should consist of their recent creative work.
  • For PG candidates: The portfolio of PG candidates should consist of work that is relevant to the course they have applied for.

 

 

NICC Entrance Exam Admit Card


 

Candidates have to submit fill application form of NICC along with the LOI and reference letter (if applicable). Candidates will be emailed the NICC entrance exam admit card on their registered email IDs. The candidate has to keep print copies of it admit card for future reference.  Hall ticket/admit card is a mandatory document which contain candidates details like – name of the candidate as well as the date, time, and exact NICC entrance exam center location.

 

 

NICC Entrance Exam Results


 

After the one month of exam result will be released on online official portal.candidates will be emailed on registered their NICC Entrance exam result on their IDs After the design exam is conducted. After the result published candidate name will be shortlisted and candidates will be emailed an Admission Offer Letter and a deadline to secure their seat at NICC. Candidates need to submit the following documents at NICC campus, Bangalore to secure the seat which is allowed if candidates fail to submit that seat will be given to other candidates.

Candidates who attain counseling have to carry all requirements document with themselves. Candidates are informed to submit the original document for verification if any candidates application found in scrutiny their application will be canceled.  Candidates have to face three admissions round. 1st NICC Aptitude Test, 2nd Interview Round, and 3rd Portfolio Evaluation round.
