The NAAC accredits the university with an ‘A+’ grade. The main campus of O.U. is ordered 10th among the state universities by India Today. Several private and government colleges are functioning under the patronage of O.U.

With this, the students can choose from the variability of postgraduate, doctorate, postgraduate diploma, and research courses. It features both full-time what are more part-time courses. Osmania University Admission 2024 Application Form will be released soon. The application forms can only be filled through an online state.

Candidates who want to be applied to any of the PG/PG Diploma/5 Year Integrated courses for which they have had to give the O.U.C.E.T. exam can do this by following the procedure set forth below:

• Visit the official website of the University.
• Press on the “Apply Online OUCET”
• Open the application form.
• Complete the form by filling in the pertinent details.
• The registration charges for the one-time subject for a general category student is INR 700, and for SC/ST, it is INR 575. For every subject the candidate opts for, the fee is INR 450 for all classes.
• The nominee can pay for online registration at TS/AP online centres or through a payment gateway – Debit/Credit/Net Banking.
• Click on “Submit”, and your registration is done.

Osmania University Admission 2024 Result

Osmania University (O.U.) offers P.G. courses following the choice-based credit system (C.B.C.S.). C.B.C.S. is being offered to only candidates who have conceded in campus & constituent institutions of Osmania University, excluding district P.G. Colleges & Osmania University Affiliated colleges.

Osmania University Admission is based on the written examination from March to May & the university releases the timetable in December every year. The evaluation uses all courses’ semester grade point average (S.G.P.A.) system.

Osmania University Admission 2024 Admissions Process

The University provides courses in different areas and the O.U. The admission Procedure is regulated by the D.O.A. (Directorate of Admission).

The Issue Of Notifications: The Directorate of Admissions matters relating to the notification for entrance and admission into various P.G. and P.G. Diploma courses within the first week of April each year. The application form needs to be filled out only through online mode. The registration fee for a single topic for a general category student is INR 800, and for SC/ST, it is INR 600. For every subject the candidate opts for, the fee is INR 400 for all the categories.

Entrance Examinations: University handles an entrance examination for various P.G. and P.G. Diploma courses in the first/second week of June and announces the results with a rank-wise merit list.

Osmania University Admission 2024 Counseling

Admissions to P.G. and P.G. Diploma courses offered by the different University constituent and affiliated colleges will be made through a centralized counselling process.  The counselling process, as a whole, commences during the final week of June / first week of July every year.

Approval Of Admitted Candidates: In the end, the eligible candidates were checked. It approves the list of admitted candidates by the Non-Resident Indian (N.R.I.) contingents/ Management Quota into M.A., M.Sc., M.B.A., M.C.A., B.Ed., LL.B., LL.M., Hotel  Management, Hospital Management and Pharmacy courses that all private affiliating the establishments of the Osmania University.

Reservations

Below mentioned are the reservations provided by the University:

• Entrance is available to 85% of the available seats in every course is reserved for local candidates in respect of O.U. Rest 15% of seats are open to local and non-local people and shall be filled up subject to similar reservations as applicable to 85% of local candidates.
• Further than the total number of seats available in each subject/course, 15% for S.C. and S.T., 30% for Backward Class allocated by the University.
• A minimum of 33.33% of seats are allocated to women candidates from every category i.e. SC/ST/BC.
