Following are the procedure of PES University counseling has mentioned below for candidates and they have to follow it.

• It is mandatory for candidates to be present physically for the counseling process on the schedule.
• Candidates need to register themselves for counseling by login on to the website.
• They must have to enter their 12th or equivalent exam marks before reporting for the counseling.
• On the basis of rank and availability of seats, the seat will be allotted to the candidates.
• Candidates must have to submit the demand draft and photocopies of other required documents to accept the seat.
• They need to carry original documents to submit at the time of admission.

• Two demand drafts of Rs. 3,00,000/- and Rs 10, 000/- in favor of “PES University General Fund” payable at Bangalore.
• PESSAT 2023 Hall Ticket and Rank Card
• 10th and 12th class mark sheet
• Aadhaar Card
• Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
• Migration Certificate (if applicable)
