Royal Global University 2024 Application Form

Royal Global University 2024 Application Form has been Released on 18th March 2024 for Various Courses. Royal Global University offers several courses in Science, Arts, and Commerce. The candidate must make sure before applying that they comply with the eligibility criteria established by the university for the different courses.

There are three methods to complete the application process. All three methods are explained in the information below-

Application Fee:

The Application Form is available only online and it can be filled online. The form can also be collected by the university admission office paying an application fee.

The application fee with the information brochure will cost Rs 1000/- in online or offline mode.

Documents to be attached or uploaded along with the application form

• 4 passport size photographs (size 3.5 cm x 4.5cm).
• Marksheets of Class X onwards (as applicable).
• Photocopy of Age Proof.
• Photocopy of Admit card/ Scorecard of the proficiency examination.
• Valid personal e-mail ID and contact number in the application form.
• Application fee of Rs. 1000/- according to the Demand Draft.
• You’re Using scanned copy in jpg/ gif/ png/ jpeg/ bmp template for online submission.
• Given the following are three methods a student can apply for the course at Royal Global University. In total there are three ways can be followed to complete the application process successfully.

Option 1

The first available option is the online submission process. Fill the application form with caution and submit it.

Upload the softcopy of all documents as stated above and recent color passport size photograph in a specified format. Pay Rs 1000/- online through PAYTM & BILL DESK portal.

Option 2

The second selection is to download the Application Form from the official website rgu.ac easily by providing the basic details such as Name, Email id, Phone number, Course you are attentive, Highest qualification, and Address.

You can download the application form free of cost and submit with DD for Rs.1000/- in favor of “The Assam Royal Global University” allocated at Guwahati. After you download, print the application form, fill-in the details necessary completely, attach the recent color passport size photo and submit together with the photocopy of all the documents as mentioned above, at the campus office.

Option 3

The third option that is available is to buy the Application Form and prospectus from the campus or the city office with a payment of Rs 1000/-.

Duly fill-in details required completely, fix recent passport size photos and submit them along with the photocopy of any documents as mentioned in the required document section at the campus office.

The university has provided different centers apart from the university campus from where students can use Application Form with a prospectus.

Royal Global University 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The Royal Global University different offers courses in the School of Science, Arts, and Commerce. Each course requires different criteria for eligibility that need to be fulfilled before applying as per the university rules. Students must pass through detailed information provided below.

B.Tech- CSE/ ECE/ ME/ EE/ CE (4 Yrs)

Student must have done 10+2 or equivalent from a conversant Board/ University with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects, together with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ any other technical vocational subjects as optional with smallest 50% marks (5% further lessening will be specified to SC/ST/OBC – Non-Creamy Layer) taken together in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the above non-compulsory subjects.

BBA-(3Yrs)

The student must have completed 10+2 or equivalent by a recognized Board/ University with the minimum 50% marks in sum (5% further loosening will be given to SC/ST/OBC – Non-Creamy Layer).

MBA- Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Family Business, Entrepreneurship (2Yrs)

A Bachelor’s Degree in any field from any recognized University/facility with minimum 50% marks (5% further chill-out will be given to SC/ST/OBC in Non-Creamy Layer).

B.COM (Hons.)- (3Yrs)

Pass in 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate (5% relaxation will be placed on SC/ST/OBC in Non-Creamy Layer).

Bachelor of Architecture-(5Yrs)

10+2 or equivalent by an approved Board/ University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (5% further relaxation will be placed on SC/ST/OBC in Non-Creamy Layer) along with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
Or
3 years Diploma, accredited by Central/State Government with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (5% further relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC in Non-Creamy Layer) in conjunction with Mathematics and English as obligatory subjects.

Royal Global University 2024 Result

The results will be published as per notification of the authority in the official website in the form of a merit list containing the list of qualified candidates along with their qualifying rank.

Along with this, a waiting list will also be exempt. Candidates will be named for counseling based on the merit list released.

Royal Global University 2024 Admission

The admission process will be held as per the university rules. Candidates shall note the points mentioned below-

A Provisional Admission Offer Letter having detailed information on payment of the fee will be sent to all selected candidates. The Provisional Admission Offer letter is valid for a current academic session and for the selected program only.

Action in the case, the Academic committee recommends nominee for another course or the other program than the course opted by the candidate, a mail would be sent to the candidate in mail id looking for his/her consent for the very same.

After receiving the consent, the selection letter will be mailed to the candidate. Quote of admission will now automatically stand revoked if its terms, for example, the charge or current reporting for the classes, etc., are not being met within the deadlines.

Royal Global University 2024 Selection Process

The student must bear in mind that an application usually processed within five days of its being received by the University.

Every qualifying candidate would be informed about the date, time and place of Admission Process such as written test and/or Group Discussion and/or Interview, as required under the university rules.

If an applicant decides/chooses to apply for more than two courses, then he/she needs to apply over the separate application forms and pass through the same submission and selection process as previously mentioned.

An applicant can be displayed for the selection process of one program on a certain date only. Given below is the selection process for the various course-

B.Tech- CSE/ ECE/ ME/ EE/ CE (4Yrs)

Candidates have to obtain a valid score in JEE/CEE or an entrance test performed by the Royal Global University followed up with a Personal Interview.

BBA-(3Yrs)

An entrance test will be performed by the Royal Global University followed by Personal Interview.

MBA-

Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Family Business, Entrepreneurship (2Yrs)

An entrance test will be made by Royal Global University followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Candidates contained a valid score of CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ MAT/ CMAT or at any other all India entrance test with 75 percentile exempt from appearing in the entrance test performed by the University.

B.COM (Hons.)-(3Yrs)

An entrance test will be conducted by Royal Global University followed closely by Personal Interview.

Bachelor of Architecture-(5Yrs)

Candidates must obtain a compelling score in NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) followed by Personal Interview.
