SAAT 2020 Application Form has been Started on 1st January 2020. Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University Admission Test is conducted as a university level entrance exam. Through the exam, the students can pursue UG and PG courses in Dental and Medical. For admission in SAAT 2020, the applicants will be given admission as per NEET scores.

Candidates have to qualify the admission test to get admission in B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc (Nursing), B.Sc (Agriculture), M.Sc (Agriculture) and various other courses. However, admission to medical and dental programs will be offered only through NEET Scores.

Aspirants want to decide on B.Tech, SAAT and JEE Main 2020 scores are considered. You will be provided with a complete set of information related to the SAAT 2020 Exam. SAAT 2020 Application Form 

While filling the online SAAT 2020 Application Form, you will be asked for some important details including personal and academic details in the correct way.

  • SAAT Application Form 2020 can be filled only by online.
  • The Application Process has been started from 1st January 2020.
  • The end date to complete the Application Form fill till 31st March 2020.
  • Those opting for one course will need to fill the Application Form distinctly.
  • The students who have attached the scanned image of documents and certificates along with photograph and signature to proceed online application process.
  • Get a copy of the Application Form after the submission of fee.

Application Fee

There will be no application fee for SAAT 2020. All the applicants can apply free of cost.

SAAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Only those aspirants who will be able to complete all the requirements for SAAT 2020 eligibility.

Those who are required to be qualified for the mentioned courses must satisfy the criteria.

For B.Tech

  • Qualifying Exam: Passed 12th or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
  • Subjects: Physics and Mathematics along with any of the Chemistry/Computer Science/Information Technology/Biotechnology/Biology/Informatics/ Statistics/Technical Vocational Subject or any other subject.
  • Minimum Marks: 45% marks (40% marks in case of SC/ST/OBC category) in the exam.

For M.Tech

  • Qualifying Exam: Passed B.Tech/B.E./AMIE/MCA/M.Sc or equivalent in the respective discipline.
  • Minimum Marks: 50% marks and 45% for reserved aspirants in the examination.
  • GATE Score: Aspirants clearing GATE will not be imposed with SAAT 2018 eligibility.


  • Qualifying Exam: Aspirants qualifying bachelor’s degree from a reputed university or institution will be eligible.
  • Minimum Marks:  50% marks 45% for reserved aspirants in the examination.

For the B.Sc Agriculture Programme:

  • Qualifying Exam: Applying candidates must have passed their 10+2 level exam or its equivalent exam from a recognized board or university.
  • Qualifying Marks: He/she must have passed his/her 12th level exams with a minimum of 50% marks for general category candidates and 40% marks for ST/SC/OBC candidates.
  • Age Criteria: Applying a candidate’s lower age limit should be 17 years, and upper age limit should be 23 years as of 30 December 2020.

SAAT 2020 Exam Pattern 

  • It is highly recommended to all students preparing for SAAT 2020 to be identical to the Exam Pattern.
  • The total number of questions will be 130
  • The questions are expected to be Multiple Type Questions in the examination.
  • The students will get only 2 hours to complete the entire examination.
  • The questions will be set in the English language.
  • Exam Mode & Date: SAAT 2020 Exam will be conducted in offline as well as the online mode in the second week to last week of April 2020.
  • Type of Questions: The question paper will contain multiple choice
  • Number of Questions: There will be a total of 120 questions in the paper.
  • Language Medium: The question paper will be in the English language.
  • Time Duration: The total time duration of the exam will be of 3 hours.
  • Total Marks: The paper will be of a total of 480 marks.
  • Marking Scheme: +4 marks will be given for every correct answer. For every incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted.

SAAT 2020 Syllabus

  • Information about the pattern of the exam and the type of questions asked will be accessed by preparing through the syllabus. The SAAT 2020 Syllabus is helpful in preparing the aspirants for the exam.
  • The aspirants may download the syllabus via online.
  • University will design the syllabus for the SAAT 2020 entrance exam for different Course. The Syllabus will be varying for each UG & PG courses.
  • For UG courses, aspirants must prepare by 11th and 12th class syllabus based on stream in 12th class. For a PG course, the program will be decided by the university on the website.

For B.Tech / Nursing / B.Sc. Agriculture/ B.Pharm:

  • Physics: Physics and Measurement, Kinematics, Law of motion, Work, Energy and power, Rotational Motion, Gravitation, Thermodynamics, Properties of solid, liquid and gases, etc.
  • Chemistry: Matter and its nature, Dalton’s atomic theory; Concept of atom, molecule, element, and compound; Physical quantities and their measurements in Chemistry, etc.
  • Mathematics: Complex numbers as ordered pairs of reals, Representation of complex numbers and their representation in a plane, Argand diagram, algebra of complex numbers, modulus and argument, etc
  • Biology: Open circulation, closed circulatory system in man: Structure of Heart, cardiac cycle, arteries, veins, capillaries, portal system, coronary circulation, blood pressure, etc.

Preparation Tips

  • Prepare according to the official program. Do not study outside the subjects of the curriculum.
  • Make a good study program and follow it daily.
  • You must solve the question documents from the previous year.
  • Make brief notes for the review.
  • Practice more questions from different books.
  • Always be healthy.

SAAT 2020 Admit Card

SAAT 2020 Admit Card will be available on 4th April 2020. Aspirants who successfully have registered for the exam can download admit card by entering details such as application no and Password. The downloading of the Admit Card will be started from the third week of April 2020. The Admit Card will be attainable through online mode only. Thus, applicants looking for admit card must receive it before the start of the exam as the link will only appear for a short while. The Admit Card for SAAT will not be sent by post to appear students, and it can be downloaded by those who have submitted their Application Form correctly.

Aspirants finding any variance in the details must promptly contact the Director, Admissions. Without admit card, no student will be allowed to enter the examination hall. The aspirants will need to bring an acceptable identity proof along with admitting card to take the exam.

SAAT 2020 Result

SAAT Result will be Declared on 4th May 2020 for B.Tech Course. The Result can be viewed online by a huge number of students who have appeared for the exam. The procedure to check results is on the website of SAAT, where the Result is publicized. As per SAAT Result 2020, a distinct merit list will be made by the university for each course. The merit list will be used to shortlist the candidates for the counseling rounds. An admission letter will be sent to the candidate’s registered email address about their selection for counseling. The officials will generate the cut-off marks list together with the merit list to choose the students for the counseling sessions.

SAAT 2020 Counselling

The selected students will be attending the counseling after the announcement of the Result. The university will organize the advice for admission to UG and PG courses. The SAAT Counseling 2020 will be begun from 11th May 2020.

The students can take admission in medical and dental courses will via the NEET Score and in B.Tech courses via JEE Main score and SAAT 2020. Aspirants bearing diploma degree in engineering/technology/ pharmacy and hotel management will be considered for admission into regular courses as per lateral entry scheme through SAAT 2020.
