Under Section of 96 and 98 of the Maharashtra Universities Act 1994, the aspirants are provided the degree at the time of the final exam in Convocation. It is an event which is held in the middle of the year. The applications of the aspirants are considered from the month of June to October.

The certificate bearing the degree is provided with the photo and name of the mother and get it laminated. The application form by online medium will be released on the website. The qualifying candidates can apply for the form and keep its copy. Then present the form at the Convocation section or dispatch it by post.

For participating in the convocation, you are required to complete the form. You need to be sure of the degrees, prizes and medals mentioned there. The students who are unable to appear at the event can get it from the college.

For Foreign Agencies /Companies Rs. 1000/-

The process to apply for the convocation

• The candidates are required to go through all the details given on the application form.
• The candidate must not be late filling the form and should provide each detail as per instruction.
• Once you have presented all the details in the form, then the next thing will be to pay the fee.
• You will see the Log-Out option for exit.
• The student will have to put up the photo on the application form.
• The candidate must keep the scanned copy of the photo in JPG form.
• The candidate will have to load the photo as per requirement.
