• The complete Sri Siddhartha University 2024 application forms should be sent along with all the necessary documents and a demand draft of 2000/- for three subjects or 2500/- for four subjects that will be payable at Tumkur drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favor of Registrar, SSAHE, Tumkur and it should reach by Registered post or can be submitted in person to the Registrar’s office SSAHE, Tumkur.
• In Online mode Application form is available on the website of the University while the offline application form, is also on the website whose PDF which could be downloaded and the candidate can get the form in person from the university premises.

• It is mandatory, that the candidate should have obtained not less than 50% of the aggregate marks or an equivalent grade in the optional subjects.
• MBBS the candidate who is applying for the course should have passed the two-year P.U.C examination conducted by P.U Board, Karnataka State with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as optional subjects or any other examination that has been recognized as an equivalent.
• Students with. • BE The candidates who have passed their second year Pre-University or 12 standard or any equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ Biology in Engineering courses, a candidate requires Chemistry and Biology in case of Medical and Dental courses as optional subjects and English as one of the languages that the student knows.
• The student should have obtained not less than 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent grade in the optional subjects and will be henceforth, considered as eligible to apply to the course. It will be 40% aggregate marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category for Medical, Dental and Engineering courses, as declared by the government of Karnataka.

• The candidate should affix/ paste (do not staple or pin) a recent passport size photograph within the space provided.
