SSPU Admission 2024: Application (Started), Dates, Eligibility Criteria

SSPU 2024 Application Form has been Released on 2nd January 2024 for UG & PG Courses. Symbiosis Skills and Professional University (SSPU) is recognized as a part of Symbiosis was founded in 1971 by means of educationist Padma Bhushan Dr. Shataram Balwant Mujumdar. Symbiosis has grown into a large education group with schools and colleges which are extended across 20 campuses.

The purpose of taking the mission of Skill India forward, Symbiosis Open Education Society announced the establishment of Maharashtra’s original skill Development University called Symbiosis Skills and Professional University.

Symbiosis Skills and Professional University is a self-financed university renowned under Govt. of Maharashtra Act No XXXVII 2017 dated 3rd May 2017. SSPU comes up with the 15 acres state-of-the-art campus with attentive laboratories, workshops & centers of superiority having dedicated skill training tackle and machines.

SSPU 2024 Application Form

Contenders can obtain University Application Form 2024 from gave the center of by way of online from the university website.

• SSPU 2024 Application Form has been Released on 2nd January 2024 for UG & PG Courses in online mode on the website.
• On successful submission of the candidate’s fundamental details, a unique user name and password will be mailed to the candidate’s registered email Id.
• Candidates must notice that the application as soon as they are submitted cannot process later.
• Candidates have to fill all the academic details and to choose a preference of course.
• The application form will be received only on payment of the Application Form.

Application Fee:

Candidates have to pay the Rs. 1500/- in the direction application fee. Aspirants can submit the application fee through cash deposit, demand draft or online payment

SSPU 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the SSPU 2024 Eligibility Criteria

For BBA Courses           

• Passed XII (10+2) or comparable course in any discipline from any recognized Board/ Council/ University with minimum 50% marks for general (open) category and 45% marks for students of reserved category.
• Candidates are selected grounded on merit in the entrance test shown by the University and/ or Personal interview.

For B.Tech Courses           

• Pass 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.
• Entrant must obtain at least 45% marks (40% in case of contenders belonging to reserved category, in case of reserved categories and Persons with Disability contenders belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together and
• One must need to qualify in the Entrance Test conducted by the Competent Authority.

Eligibility Criteria of Symbiosis Skills & Open University Pune admission for (Lateral Entry to Second Year)

• Applicant should pass in diploma examination with at best 45% marks (40% for students belonging to reserved category) Passed Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in fitting branch of Engineering and Technology
• Applicant pass in B.Sc. Degree from a familiar University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% for students from the reserved category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.
• Provided that the students from B.Sc. stream shall clear the subject’s Engineering Graphics/ Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the First-Year Engineering Programme along with the Second Year subjects.

For international students 

• A candidate who has done 10+2 or equivalent examination from any Foreign Board must find an equivalent certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

SSPU 2024 Result

The authority has announced the result after one or two weeks of the examination date. Candidates those emerged in the exam can check to get their result through online mode.

The result can be checked by typing the roll number and application form number on the word of the month of the test. Candidates can have an opinion and download their scorecard within three weeks from the date of the test.

The scorecard has also to send each candidate through the post. The scorecard applies only to an academic year. If the candidate lost the scorecard, they can request an identical scorecard by demanding the authority.

SSPU 2024 Admission Process

Candidates who want to get admission to the university must clear the various stages of admission procedure. The University invites the application form from eligible applicants for offering admissions in its offered courses.

After all the rounds of admission procedure, the admission committee will announce the final decision of admission. Final results for admission would be announced after that the candidates submitted their qualifying exam mark sheet.

Further admission formalities will be steered at the time of admission. Candidates will need to give the admission fee at the time of getting admission in the university.

The academic session will begin all through the month of July. The university is also beholding at the various national level or state level entrance exams to propose an admission. On account of marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam, they will be considered for admission.

If any candidate will not succeed to manufacture the novel document his/her admission will be canceled. The seat allotment fully depends upon the verification of the original document.

• Register and Apply – Interested candidates will need to apply online/ offline with the required information.
• Entrance Test – Eligible candidates need to be featured in the Symbiosis Skill University Entrance Test( SSUET).
• Personal Interview – Shortlisted candidates are determined for the personal interview based on rank obtained in SSUET.
• Final Selection – Candidates are designed at grounded on 10+2 marks and performance in personal interview and rank obtained in SSUET.
