Telangana ITI 2018 2nd Phase Online Registration Candidates can be filled till on 17th August 2018. Telangana ITI Admission 2018 information will be released by the Department of Technical Education (Department of Employment and training of Industrial training institute), Andhra Pradesh. ITI Telangana provides admission to numerous courses in different trades. The admission process will be done through Merit bases for the 2018-19 sessions.

After the counseling, the candidates who will be allotted a seat can download their Provisional Seat Allotment Letter by entering their Mobile Number/ Username and Password. The governments have permitted the Director, Employment,
and Training, Telangana, Hyderabad to make admissions into Government and Private Industrial Training Institutes through online mode. Notification will be issued for admissions into 54 Government I.T.I.s and 222 Private I.T.I.s in Telangana State under NCVT pattern. However, a separate Notification will be issued for the admissions into the remaining 10 Government I.T.I.s under SCVT Pattern later.

Telangana ITI Online Admissions 2018

a) Government has permitted the Director, Employment, and Training, Telangana, Hyderabad to make admissions into Government and Private Industrial Training Institutes through online vide G.O.Rt.No.311, LET&F Department dt.29-04-2017.

b) Accordingly, a notification is issued by Directorate of Employment and Training for admissions into54 Government I.T.I.s and 215Private I.T.I.s in Telangana State under NCVT pattern.

c) However, a separate Notification will be issued for the admissions into the remaining 11 Government I.T.I.s under SCVT Pattern later.

Telangana ITI Application Process 2018

  • The applicants are advised to read all the instructions carefully. Also refer the User Manual available in the website. For further assistance, contact the helpline 7997973363.
  • The applicants shall keep Aadhar Card, Candidate Mobile Number, Candidate E-mail Address, Scanned copy of latest passport size Photograph, SSC memo or its equivalent, Caste Certificate and other certificates if any etc. ready before Appling for ITI admission.

The process of submitting application comprises of the following steps.

  • Registration (Creating Login ID and Password)
  • Filling of online Application.
  • Exercising options for ITI and Trade.
  • Slot Booking for Verification of Certificates.
  • Verification of Certificates.

i) Registration (Creating Login ID and Password)

  1. Visit Website
  2. Click on “STUDENT LOGIN”.
  3. Click on “NEW APPLICANT”. (If already registered click on “ALREADY REGISTERED”)
  4. Enter Mobile number and E-mail ID to register.
  5. Password will be sent via SMS to the Registered Mobile Number, immediately, it should not be shared to others under any circumstances.
  6. Mobile Number will be the Candidate’s Login Into submit online Admission application.

ii) Filling of online Application

 

  1. After logging in, click on “Apply”.
  2. For “Qualification” entry, select appropriately from the drop downs (10th Pass or 10th Fail or 8th Pass).
  3. Select Name of the Board, Month & Year of passing from drop downs. Then enter Hall Ticket Number which may capture all the details from the existing Data base. (All Subjects Marks/Grade Points, Name, Father name, Mother name, Gender and Date of Birth etc.)
  4. Owing to any reasons, if the details are not captured from the database, enter all the above details in the Online Application form.
  5. Upload scanned copy of latest passport size photo 35mm x 45mm (not exceeding 100kb size)
  6. Enter Aadhaar Number, address and other details.
  7. Select the Reservation Details from drop downs. Religion (Hindu/Muslim/Christian/Sikh/Jain/Buddhist/Zorastrian)
  • Caste (OC/SC/ST/BC-A/BC-B/BC-C/BC-D/BC-E)
  • Local Status ( Local or Non-Local)
  • Physically Handicapped (Yes or No)
  • Ex-Serviceman (Yes or No).

  2. The applicants are instructed to get a “Print-out” of filled    online application and ensure that the particulars are correct in all respects before final submission.
  3. If any of the particulars are found incorrect, edit the application, accordingly by using “Edit” option.
  4. If the information submitted by the applicant is found false, at any point of time, the seat allotted will be cancelled, besides appropriate action will be initiated against the candidate.

iii) Exercising options for ITI and Trade

a) After successful submission of Application,the candidate will be allowed to submit options for selecting ITI and Trade in preferential order. Please click on “Seats Open”on the menu bar of the website for the seats open for the session August 2018in various ITIs.

b) Applicants are advised to prepare a set of ITI–Trade combinations (called “Options”) in preferential order as many options as desired, manually on a paper (for format see Annexure-V). There is no limit for number of options to be exercised. Further they are advised to consult their parents, teachers and others,before preparing such options.

c) The order of options so prepared is to be entered in the website through candidate’s login only. Applicants are advised to enter any number of options in preferential order to avoid disappointment of not getting a seat.

d) A print out of the options so entered shall be kept as record for reference.

e) Options recorded on the last day of the schedule given for web-counseling will be frozen. The seats will be allocated strictly basing on the merit-cum reservation and options exercised subject to eligibility in other respects. Hence utmost care shall be taken for exercising the options

iv) Slot Booking for Verification of Certificates

 

a) The candidate has to book a convenient “Time Slot to attend for “Verification of Certificates” in any of the enlisted “Verification Centers”.

b) The list of Verification centers is at Annexure IVand also available in the website.

c) The Time Slot includes Place (Verification Center), Date and Session (i.e., Morning/ Evening) which need to be selected by the candidate online only while applying. ITI online Admissions-2018 Prospectus Page 7

d) Once the Time Slot is booked, it cannot be changed under any circumstances.

e) The Physically Challenged candidates have to book the time slot to attend for verification of certificates at any of the two “Special Verification Centers” i.e., office of the Regional Deputy Director (App) Warangal or Office of the Regional Deputy Director (App) Hyderabad.

iv)  Verification of Certificates

In order to seek admission in the Telangana ITI candidates must read the below mentioned instructions carefully.

  • The candidates shall attend for verification at any one of the Verification Centers as per schedule with printout of Online Application along with all original certificates and documents at their own cost.
  • The list of Verification centers is given in the information brochure given above.
  • The physically handicapped candidates have to attend for Verification with all original certificates and documents including Physical Handicapped Certificate in the prescribed format at any of the Two Verification Centers i.e., Govt ITI Warangal and Govt ITI Mallepally Hyderabad, as per the schedule specified for Physically Handicapped Candidates.
  • Only after verification of the physical ability of the candidate, the trades for which he/she is eligible for admission will be determined.
  • The candidates shall pay Rs. 10/- in cash at the respective Verification Center towards application fee.
  • After completion of verification, the candidates are advised to collect back all original certificates from the Verification Officer.

Telangana ITI Eligibility Criteria 2018

Eligibility criteria for candidates applying for ITI Andhra Pradesh are advised to go through the eligibility criteria before applying for the courses.  The eligibility criteria would differ from courses to courses offered by ITI AP. The criteria will be updated on this website once the official brochure of the institute is released.  The applicants should make sure of all the requirements needed to be eligible to qualify in the merit list.

  1. Candidate shall be an Indian National.
  2. Candidates should have passed S.S.C. Examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent such as Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE), Indian Council for Secondary Education(ICSE), National Institute of Open School (NIOS), Telangana Open School Society (TOSS), A.P. Open School Society (APOSS) and X class examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India.
  3. The candidates who have passed 8th class are also eligible for admission into certain Trades i.e.Painter General, Wireman, Carpenter, Mason (Building Constructor), Sheet Metal Worker and Welder subject to the condition that if 10th class passed/ failed candidates are not available.
  4. Candidates who have attained the age of 14 years as on 01-08-2018 are eligible. However, there is no upper age limit.
  5. Applications will be invited for the eligible candidates for admissions into Government ITIs and Private ITIs in the State through online for the left over seats of 1st Phase under NCVT pattern for August-2018 session.
  6. The required minimum qualification is prescribed in the respective trade syllabus, as well as in the list of Trades under Craftsmen Training Scheme (CTS) given in the website.

The interested candidates have to register themselves in the website and submit their applications through online along with web options in the order of preference of ITI’s and Trades and attend for the verification of certificates at the Verifications centers.

The candidates should visit the website for the details of verification centers, Prospectus, Seats Availability, notifications, and guidelines issued from time to time. Seats will be allotted to the candidates who have attended for certificate verifications and paid the verification fee of Rs.10/- in the form of cash.

Telangana ITI Merit List 2018

The Merit List for Telangana ITI admission 2018 will be uploaded and released on the official website by the directorate commission of Telangana ITI itself on the informed date. The seats will be allotted based on the merit, rule of reservation and the web options given by the candidate. The selected candidates will be informed through SMS /website regarding the seat allotment with instructions on the concerned ITI.

A single online application is allowed to apply for admissions into any of the Government and Private I.T.I.s in Telangana State. All the candidates are advised to submit more number of options to get the seat. A physical form of application will not be entertained.

  • The candidates who wish to seek admission must do the following:
  1. Fill the application forms through the website.
  2. Check their names in the merit list through the official website.
  3. Once the student has qualified in the merit list, the student is needed to be present at the particular ITI on the date of counseling.

Telangana ITI General Instructions 2018

The following below are general instructions a candidate must follow in order to seek admission in the Telangana ITI.

  1. Single online application is adequate to apply for admissions into any of the Government and Private I.T.I.s in Telangana State. Physical form of application need not be submitted.
  2. The applicant shall pay Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) in cash towards Application Fee at the time of verification at respective Verification Center.
  3. After applying online, the options also need to be exercised in online.
  4. However, mere applying does not entitle any right for the candidate to be considered for admission unless he/she satisfies all other conditions prescribed for the purpose.
  5. The detailed program of admission will be notified in the leading newspapers. Program of Admission will also be available in the website and in all the Government I.T.I.s. Candidates are advised to watch for the same.
  6. Candidates will be familiarized with the web counseling/Online Admissions procedure and the relevant information with regard to the seats open/Trades/Institutes are available in the website.
  7. No call letters will be sent to the candidates for verification process. The communication will be made through s.m.s to the registered mobile number of candidate. However, the information will also be available in the website https://iti.telangana.gov.in.
  8. At the end of admission process, no request for change of Trade / I.T.I. is permissible. i) For any assistance, it is advised to contact helpline 8121601000 between 10.00am to 5.00pm on all working days.

Telangana ITI Fees Details 2018

At the time of admission, the selected candidate shall pay Tuition Fee and Caution Money Deposit as applicable.However, the Tuition fee and Caution Money Deposits chargeable in all Government and Private I.T.I.s will be subject to revision by the Government from time to time.

  • The candidates who are exempted from payment of fee have to apply for fee reimbursement through online. However, the orders issued by the Government in this regard from time to time shall apply.
  • The candidates belonging to SC / ST (indicated by Government) categories will be exempted from payment of Caution Money Deposit.
  • The Govt. has decided to link the scholarship applications with the Aadhaar number for affecting the cash transfer scheme.
