TS PGLCETTS PGLCET 2019 Counseling has been started on 10th October 2019. TS PGLCET is the short form used for the Postgraduate common law entrance test conducted by Osmania University under the aegis of TSCHE. Indian nationals who wish to pursue the LL.M course in TSCHE affiliated colleges should qualify the TS PGLCET 2019. 

TS PGLCET 2019 Result/Rank Card has been Declared on 2nd June 2019. The Exam will be held on 20th May 2019. For the year 2019, To be eligible for the LL.M course, the candidate should possess three years of LL.B./B.L. and also final year appearing candidates along with three years of experience as a judicial officer.

A candidate achieving 30 out of 120 marks would be declared qualified. On the other hand, there shall be no qualifying criteria for reserved category candidates.

Counseling for TS PGLCET 2019

  • TS PGLCET 2019 Counseling has been Started on 10th October 2019.
  • Candidates declared qualified in the online examination would be called for TS PGLCET 2019 Counseling to carry out essential steps such as Document verification. The candidates will be called for counseling on the basis of merit list prepared.
  • Procedures like- document verification and seat allotment would be carried out at the designated venues planned by TSCHE.
  • Candidates may be required to pay a certain amount chargeable as a counseling fee.
  • Processing Fee: Candidates have to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs.800/- (and Rs.500/- in case of
    at the time of certificate verification. The fee has to be paid at the counseling center.
  • Please make sure to make a set of the mentioned documents a day before the counseling in order to avoid confusion.

Documents to be carried at the time of Counseling:-

  • TS PGLCET Hall Ticket 2019
  • TS PGLCET Result 2019
  • Mark sheets or passing certificate starting from 10th to up to graduation
  • Mark sheet of SSC or equivalent
  • Income certificate (issued on or after January 1, 2018)
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)

TS PGLCET 2019 the Result

  • The result will be prepared and declared online along with the final answer key
  • Official portal for result announcement is pglcet.tsche.ac.in
  • Possible dates for TS PGLCET 2019 result announcement by TSCHE is 2nd June 2019.
  • Extreme care will be taken while preparing the result
  • A candidate obtaining a 25% i.e 30 marks out of 120 total marks would be considered as qualified in TS PGLCET 2019. Whereas, for reserved category, there are no Qualifying marks criteria.
  • The rank card will NOT be sent by post
  • Online answer scripts would be preserved for a period of only 6 months from the date of result announcement.

TS PGLCET 2019 Answer Key

  • The Telangana State Council of Higher Education shall publish a preliminary answer key carrying the right solutions of all the 120 questions.
  • TS PGLCET 2019 Answer Key has been Released on 23rd May 2019.
  • Candidates will be required to match their marked answers with the key provided by the TSCHE.
  • If there is an error in the printing of the solutions, candidates will be allowed to raise objections against the supposed answer provided that they possess concrete evidence.
  • Any material of coaching or online answers will not be considered as standard.
  • Once, the raising of objection time limit ends, the officials will close the portal and announce the final TS PGLCET 2019 Answer Key with the result.
  • The final answer key would be non-objectionable.
  • Candidates will have to accept the final answer key solutions.


The TS PGLCET 2020 Examination is managed by the Osmania University (OU), Hyderabad on behalf of TSCHE (Telangana State Council of Higher Education). This exam is conducted to offer admission to the applicants in L.L.M programme in 13 participating colleges for a total of 580 seats. The TS PGLCET 2020 Application Form will be available from 2nd week of March to 1st week of May.

  • Candidates will be able to download the hall ticket as per the given schedule by TSCHE.
  • The link will be embedded or directly visit the official website at pglcet.tsche.ac.in
  • The TS PGLCET Admit Card has been Available on 15th May 2019. 
  • Enter your Registration Number, Date of Birth and Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket No.
  • Click Download Hall Ticket.
  • The ticket would be Non-transferable
  • Check the printed detail clearly and make sure that the venue and other details are legible

TS PGLCET 2019 Application Form

  • TS PGLCET 2019 Application Form has been Released on 15th March to 7th May 2019 Extended.
  • The candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria would be able to fill the TS PGLCET 2019 application form.
  • You must have an active email id and phone number to receive all the TS PGLCET alerts.
  • Provide details asked clearly such as- Personal, professional and qualification details, etc.
  • Pay the fees using the suitable method
  • Take a print out of the confirmation page.

  • The Telangana State PG Law common Entrance Test 2019 to be conducted by Osmania University application form should be kept by the candidates for future reference in case there is any discrepancy.

TS PGLCET Application Fees 2019

  • To complete the form, the candidate will need to pay a certain amount of money via available methods.
  • As per last year, application form fee was as follows:-
  • Rs 1000/-for General category AND Rs. 600/- for SC/ST category
  • The fee was accepted via TS/AP and online Centers/ Citizen Service Centers, e-Seva Centers in Telangana State & Andhra Pradesh or through credit card/ debit card/ net banking.

Eligibility Criteria for TS PGLCET 2019

The basic criteria for the candidates hoping to appear for TS PGLCET 2019 are laid here in detail:-

  • Nationality- candidate must be an Indian citizen belonging to the state of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana.
  • Educational qualification– candidate holding LL.B./B.L. 3 /5-year degree and also who would be appearing in the final year of their degree would be considered eligible.
  • Experience– the candidate must have an experience of 3 years as a Judicial officer or stand as an advocate for 3 years as on the date of application form submission.

TS PGLCET Exam Pattern 2019

The Exam will be held on 20th May 2019. The exam will be conducted in ONLINE mode i.e Computer Based Test. this single entrance test would be applicable for LL.M. admission. Let us quickly get into details.

  • The paper will be of 90 minutes duration and have 120 total OBJECTIVE type questions.
  • There will be 2 parts of the paper.
  • Part-A- will have 40 questions of 1 mark each. So you will get a maximum of 40 marks from this section.
  • Part-B- will have 80 questions of 1 mark each. So, maximum fetchable from this part is 80 marks.
  • There will be NO NEGATIVE MARKING

How to prepare for 2019 TS PGLCET

  • Candidates are strongly advised to read the syllabus
  • The question paper will be objective in format. So try to solve as many objective type questions while practicing.
  • This exam is based on Computer. So, it is absolutely necessary that you practice the mock test through the online facility made available by TSCHE.
  • This shall help you attain an exact idea about how much time you spent on solving one question. Since our speed reduces when practicing online.
  • Therefore, in the beginning, practice in pen and paper-based, but in the last 4 months of practice only in ONLINE MODE.
