UKSEE 2018 Second Counselling Result for B.Tech (LE) and B.Pharma (LE) has been Released. UKSEE referred to Uttarakhand State Entrance Exam, also known as Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU) Entrance Examination. UKSEE is organized by Uttarakhand University Examination Authority, under the aegiTs of Uttarakhand University. UKSEE is a state level entrance examination.

Through this admission is possible in professional degree courses in the state of Uttarakhand. Main aim to conduct this exam is to offer admission to candidates for various courses in the field of pharmacy, engineering & other allied and many other courses (B.Pharma, BHMCT & MCA).

A candidate wants admission in B.Tech courses to have to appear for the state level entrance examination. Candidates have to qualify NEET exams for MBBS & BDS courses since the college provides the course in pharmacy. Every year candidates take admission and appear exams. Admission is possible on the basis of candidates score marks in entrance exams.

Counselling starts from 19th July 2018

Candidates have to keep printed copies of result for verification and registration of admission. To see result candidates have to enter detail in official portal page for correct page type correct detail. If candidates type wrong detail in page website will show error.

  • UKSEE 2018 result will be published in the last week of May 2018.
  • Candidates those appeared in the examination can check their results via online mode through the website.
  • The individual scorecard will not be given to any candidate.
  • On the basis of the result, the merit list will be prepared for providing admission.

UKSEE Counselling 2018

After the result announcement UKSEE counseling will be started. Candidates have to fill and submit the application form at Uttarakhand or other notified centers and obtain Acknowledgement card with registration number as a proof of form submission. At the time of counseling, the candidate has to pay Rs. 1000/- as the counseling fees.

The counseling fees can be paid in the form of Demand Draft (DD) which is drawn in the favor of  Finance Controller, UTU payable at Dehradun.

Admission will be done on the basis of candidates score marks in entrance exams. Candidate appearing counseling has to bring all required documents for registration and verification. If candidates have submitted incorrect document candidates admission will be canceled.The counselling process has been started from 19th July 2018.

Detail is given in the following point:

  • After the result announcement, candidates have to fill the application form at the notified location.
  • Separate merit list will be prepared for all the courses as per the marks scored in the examination.
  • Students will be invited for counseling on the basis of merit list.
  • In the UKSEE admission process, the shortlisted candidates have to present in person at the notified center.
  • At the time of admission, candidates have to bring their original required documents.
  • If candidates fail to appear for the admission rounds, their seats will be offered to other candidates in the merit list.

UKSEE Admit Card 2018

The admit card of UKSEE 2018 shall be downloaded from the website. Students can avail it from 6th May 2018.Admit card/Hall ticket is the mandatory document which contains detail of candidates like name, roll number, a birth of dates, centre etc. Candidate can download hall ticket from official portal. Those who have successfully submitted an application can only download admit card from websites.


Its candidate’s responsibility to keep safe their hall ticket till the completion of exams. If candidates didn’t bring hall ticket at time of exams candidate will not allow writing exams.

  • Candidates those successfully submitted the application form can get their admit card.
  • Admit card will be issued to candidates in person after submitting the application.
  • Candidates must produce the “Photo Admit card” for appearing in the examination.
  • It is informed to the candidates to check all details of the exam mentioned on the admit card.


The  UKSEE Admit Card will contain

  • Name of the candidate
  • Date of Birth
  • Photograph of the candidate
  • Exam Roll Number
  • Exam Centre and Date of examination


UKSEE Application Form 2018

The application form will be available in online, only. Eligible students can submit application form from 15th to 30th April 2018. Candidate can fill application form of UKSEE exams through online mode.

Candidates should know how to fill when to fill where to fill etc. Candidates have to fill application as given in brochure and have to upload his/her scanned images of their 3 photographs, signature & Thumb impression at the time of filling the application form in a JPG/JPEG Format.


The detailed application process is given below:

  • Students have to fill the application form and fee through online mode only.
  • Eligible students can submit application form from 15th to 30th April 2018.
  • Students those applying for more than one course, have to submit the separate application form for both courses.
  • There is no need to send the application form to the university.
  • Fill details carefully because there is no provision to edit the details once the form will be submitted.
  • Upload the recent photograph (minimum 35×45 mm) in the given space.
  • Paste recent photograph in the application form.
  • Attach all the required documents like DD, qualifying exam certificates, etc. with the application form.
  • Candidates have to submit the application form online, on specified dates.

Application Fee:

Candidates are advised to keep printed copies of filled application form. The fee payment will be made through the specified bank challan and also payment of the fees can be done online.

Candidates have to pay the application fee before the due date. Late charged fees will be charged to candidates. Once payment is done it will not be refunded back to candidates.

Belo is given application form fees for UKSEE exams:

  • The application fee of UKSEE 2018 will be Rs. 1500/-  for the general category and for SC/ST the fees is Rs. 750.
  • Candidates have to submit the application fee by making Demand Draft or else pay the application fees online.
  • The late fee will be charged if the candidate will fill the form after the last date of submission of application form.

UKSEE Eligibility Criteria 2018

Candidate has to check they are eligible for applying or not if the candidate didn’t know about the basic detail they can face difficulty at the time of admission process. Candidate of an Indian citizen or Non-resident Indians (NRI), Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) card holders are also eligible to apply.

Before filling the application form candidates can check their UKSEE exams eligibility criteria Nationality, Age Limit Criteria, Qualification Criteria, etc given below:


  • Candidates should be Indian Nationals.

  • Non-resident Indians with the valid passport can also apply under seat reserved for NRI category.
  • Overseas citizens of India (OCI), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) are eligible for admissions to seats under NRI category.

Age Limit Criteria:

  • Pharmacy, Engineering: There is no age limit, minimum or maximum has been mentioned for admission in these courses.

Qualification Criteria:

B. Pharma Passed 10+2 Examination with Physics & Chemistry as a compulsory subject along with one of the subject (Mathematics, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational).
B. Pharma (Lateral Entry) Passed Diploma (Pharmacy-Allopathy) (2 years after 10+2) or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks.
BHMCT Passed Class 12th or equivalent & secured at least 50% Marks.
B.Tech (Lateral Entry) Passed Diploma from an AICTE approved institution in appropriate branch of engineering/ technology & secures minimum 45% Marks (40% in case of reserved category).
Passed B.Sc. Degree with at least 45% Marks (40% in case of reserved category) and passed XII standard with mathematics as a subject.
MCA Passed Bachelor Degree with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduate level & obtained minimum 60% marks.
Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply for this course.
MCA (Lateral Entry) Passed BCA, BSC (IT & Computer Science) with Mathematics as core subjects at 10+2 level.

UKSEE Exam Pattern 2018

Candidates appearing UKSEE exams have to complete their paper in 2 and half hours. As per board law candidate will not give extra time to complete paper. Candidate will ask objective type questions with multiple optional answers for each question. The exam is pen-paper based.

In exams Question, the paper pattern will be in OMR form. For each correct answer, a candidate will be given 1 mark. Following detail of the KCET exams, pattern and table are given of subject, no. of the question and maximum marks.

  • Mode of Exam: (UKEE) UTU Entrance Exam 2018 will be a written test exam (Pen & Paper Based).
  • Papers: UKSEE 2087 will be organized for the nine papers with multiple choice questions.
  • Language: The question paper will be asked in English or Hindi language.
  • Marking Scheme: All questions will contain 1 mark for each correct response.
  • Negative Marking: There will be no procedure for negative marking.

UKSEE Cutoff

Candidates have to score above cut-off marks to qualify for Uttarakhand common entrance test. Different courses and college have different cut-off marks.  Candidate will get admission on the basis of candidates score marks in the entrance test.

Every year’s college change cut-off marks according to category wise. Cut- off marks of UKSEE exams is set according to factors like the number of applicants, the number of vacant seats etc.

UKSEE Exam Centre

Schedule is prepared below for candidates to select the UKSEE exams center so that they can appear exams. Candidates must know that the Exams centers are based on previous years dates.  2 exams center must be select by candidates as the lists are given below in the order of their preference. There may be additional centers as per the requirements of Government of Uttarakhand.

UKSEE Syllabus

The syllabus is based on the syllabus introduced by the Uttarakhand Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education, for 12th standard (science stream).
