UPSEE 2018: Admit Card, Exam Dates, Exam Pattern, Syllabus
UPSEE 2018 Admit Card is releasing on 20th April 2018. UPSEE (2018) stands for Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination. UPSEE is a state-level examination. The UPSEE is conducted by the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. The counseling for UPSEE will start after the result announcement of UPSEE 2018. UPSEE courses are offered by various dental and medical colleges of Uttarakhand that our government as well as private colleges.
UPSEE consists of three papers which are of MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) types. NEET (UPSEE) will have 3 attempts for those who have made 3 attempts prior to 2018 since this rule is applicable since 2017. UPSEE 2018 will continue with the same rule that NEET’s first attempt will be the only attempt and will be counted as one.
UPSEE counseling will be conducted in the second week of August 2018. The counseling for medical state quota seats will be organized by the same Unaided Medical Colleges Welfare Association (UMCWA), Uttar Pradesh. There will be many other activities that will be conducted for UPSEE and dates for those will be mentioned in the article below.

UPSEE Admit Card 2018
The UPSEE 2018 admission card will be available online only on April 20, 2018. Candidates must bring their admission card while they are leaving for the exam. Qualified candidates must present the admission card at the time of counseling and admission. Therefore, it must be kept until the admission process ends.
UPSEE Admit CardNOTE: The candidates are informed that the above provided time duration is tentative and the candidate must check the official website of the UPSEE to keep oneself updated with the latest changes or update on the date provided by the authority.
The admit card to UPSEE will be issued by the authorities of UPSEE. The admission to UPSEE will now be based on UPSEE UG score. The only procedure that will happen is the filing of the registration form and directly after that, the counseling will get started for the private as well as government college of Uttarakhand. The counseling will be for Medical courses.
The admit card will be available on official website of UPSEE. The UPSEE will give admit card that will make the candidates information and thus candidates are requested to check the official website of the UPSEE regularly.
UPSEE 2018 Application Form
The application form will be available online on the official portal of UPSEE only via online mode. The application form for UPSEE will not be provided in offline mode. Application Form will be available on online from the third week of July 2018. The last date to submit the UPSEE application forms will be in the last week of July 2018 (tentative). Candidate can fill application form of UPSEE exams through online on the official portal of the official website of the UPSEE.

- UPSEE 2018 application form can be filled and submitted through online mode only.
- Availability of online application form will be from 23rd January 2018.
- The closing date for submission of application form will be 30th March 2018.
- Aspirants are advised to fill all the details carefully on the application form.
- Aadhar card would be mandatory to fill the application form.
- Candidates are informed to preserve the printout of the confirmation page safely for future record.
In the application form, the candidate has to fill the following information candidate have advised filling the qualification code, Center of Examination, category, exam medium, gender and Adhaar number carefully. The candidate must scan their passport size photo in JPEG format. The size of the photo must be 4.5cm x 3.5cm memory should not exceed 200 Kbytes. With these necessary conditions, the candidate must upload their along with the properly and filled application form.
The candidate’s only one application form is accepted by the UPSEE conducting authority only, and no offline means are available.
The detailed process for online or offline application form is given below:
- Download the application form and take the printout (for the future reference) of it.
- The application form will be available from the second week of July 2018.
- Candidates are required to fill all details on the application form carefully.
- Paste recent photograph in the application form.
- No other documents are required to attach with the application form of the UPSEE.
- Candidates have to submit the application form at the notified locations (as per center opted), on specified dates, along with self-attested copies of required documents.
After the result announcement, UPSEE selection process will start. Candidates have to fill and submit the application form on official website of the UPSEE or other notified centers and obtain Acknowledgement card with registration number as a proof of form submission. The admission will be provided to the in MBBS/BDS programs.
If after the counseling the seat remains vacant then the admission will be done by HSSC that is 10+2 marks (qualifying exam). The procedure for seat allotment will be released on Mid-July.
Admission will be done by candidates score marks in entrance exams. Candidate appearing counseling has to bring all required documents for registration and verification. If candidates have submitted incorrect document candidates admission will be canceled. The candidates will be assigned the seats by merit list. Counselling process will comprise of registration, online document verification, choice filling and locking, counseling and seat allotment. After seat allotment, students have to report to the allotted college with required documents and prescribed fees.
The counseling will involve following steps or stages in UPSEE counseling:
Counseling Registration – To participate in UPSEE counseling, Firstly candidates need to register online followed by the submission of counseling fee. The registration fee of Rs. 20,000 for general/OBC candidates and Rs. 12,000 for SC/ST candidates will be taken from the candidates. After successful registration, students have to appear in person for document verification round.
Document Verification – Based on the state rank (Combined General Rank) in UPSEE, students will be called for document verification. It is mandatory for the students to attend this round otherwise he/she will not be eligible for seat allotment. Document verification process will be organized through online mode.
Choice Filling – candidates can fill as many as choices for colleges and courses. The process of choice filling will be conducted through online mode. To access the choice filling link, students have to login by entering the login credentials.
Seat Allocation – After the completion of the choice filling process, the seat allocation result will be announced. Candidates can check their allotted seat through the official website of UPSEE.
Seat Confirmation – Once the seat allocation result is released, now the candidates have to confirm their seats. During this step, students can also leave their seats.
Candidate’s who have confirmed their seats must report to the allotted college along with the provisional seat allotment letter within the specified dates.

UPSEE 2018 result will be announced online by the official authorities on the official website of the UPSEE by the conducting authorities. The result will be declared in August 2018. The authority that is conducting the exam (UPSEE) will not release the result category wise.
After the result declaration, candidates will stay in touch with the websites of CBSE, Medical Counselling Committee, and Participating Universities/ Institutions until the conclusion of the final round of Counselling.

The cut-off percentage of marks for the merit of qualified candidates is 25% (20% for candidates belonging from SC/ST category). Candidates who will qualify the cut-off criteria will be invited to the counseling round.
UPSEE 2018 Counselling
To get the seat in particular course, it is compulsory for the successful candidates of UPSEE to appear in counseling. The qualified candidates will be intimated regarding advice through newspapers and website. The allotment of seats will depend upon candidate’s rank and availability of positions.
