VOCLET 2024 Application Form has been released on 23rd February 2024. Now The West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (WBSCTE) has conducted the VOCLET to offer admission to the applicants in the diploma courses in polytechnic, electronics, and technology. Those applicants who are interested and eligible to get admission to this program; can fill out the application form online mode by visiting the official website.

The VOCLET 2024 exam will be conducted in a pen-and-paper-based format, and successful performance in this exam will facilitate admissions for all candidates. The VOCLET Exam Important Date has been provided to the candidates; who are going to apply for this examination to diploma courses in polytechnic, electronics, and technology.

VOCLET Application Form 2024

VOCLET 2024 WB Polytechnic Application Form has been released on 23rd February 2024. Those candidates who wish to get admission in diploma courses in polytechnic, electronics, and technology in all Government, Government Sponsored and Self-Financed Polytechnic colleges; can apply in the VOCLET examination by filling out the application form. The application form-filling procedure is mentioned below.

• First of all, candidates should have to visit the official website of the West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (WBSCTE).
• Candidates need to register themselves by clicking on the link of ‘New Registration’ and entering the details such as the name of the candidates, date of birth, email, and mobile number.
• After entering all the details, candidates have to submit it, and applicants will obtain their user ID and password to fill out the application form.
• By using the user ID and password, candidates will get the application form, and they should have to fill in all the correct and complete details such as personal and qualification details.
• After that, they need to upload their scanned required documents in the application form and submit it after confirming all the details provided by them. They need to take the printout of it for future use.

Application Fee

• Candidates have to pay Rs.450/- (Rs.225/- for Kanyashree enrollees) as the application fee through online mode.
• In the case of offline mode, candidates have to pay Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for the Kanyashree application fee) as an application fee.
• Payment of the fee is a mandatory requirement; hence, we must pay the fee.

VOCLET Eligibility Criteria

Those applicants are going to fill out the application form for the VOCLET examination; they must have to check their eligibility criteria before filling it. The eligibility criteria details are as mentioned below.

• Passed/appeared (10+2) Examination from the West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development (Vocational Education Division)
• They should be passed in two years of regular ITI course after the 10th standard or equivalent exam.
• Those are appear in the qualifying exams can also apply subject to fulfilment of eligibility conditions.
• Age Limit: There is no age limit.

VOCLET Exam Pattern

It will be very helpful for the candidates to refer to the exam pattern for the VOCLET preparation of the examination if applicants are going to attend this examination.

• Language of Question Papers of Entrance Examinations: Both Bengali and English
• There will be two papers in this exam, i.e. Paper I and Paper II.
• Paper I will be of Mathematics and Paper II will be Physics and Chemistry.
• Each paper will contain 100 questions (Mathematics-20, Physics-20, Chemistry-20, Mechanics-20, Computer Science-20) which will be objective type in nature.
• The duration of the exam will be 2 hours (from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM) each.
• Each question will carry 1 mark.
• Candidates have to answer on the OMR sheet.
• There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer from the marks obtained for correct answers.
• Different Reservations i.e. SC, ST, PC, OBC, etc., are also maintained as per Government Orders.

All examination centres for JEXPO and VOCLET Entrance Examinations should be in all districts in West Bengal. (Generally, the Entrance Examination Centre is allotted as per the choice of Zone’ by the candidate during filling-up of the application form.)

VOCLET Admit Card 2024

The West Bengal State Council of Technical Education will provide the VOCLET Admit Card on its website one or two weeks of the examination, and the applicants will get their admit card if they have successfully submitted their application form.

Applicants can download the admit card by using the enrollment number and Password in the required field. The candidates must carry the admit card to the examination centre along with the required documents.

VOCLET Result 2024

On the official webpage of the West Bengal State Council of Technical Education, the VOCLET Result/Merit List will be released in September 2024. Those candidates who have taken the examination; can check their results online mode by visiting the official website. To check the result, applicants have to click on the result link, and the result’s PDF will be displayed to the candidates.

They can check and download it for future use. Applicant’s documents and marks scored in the examination will be verified through authority, and the award letter will be provided to them within 1 year of the declaration of the result.
