WBJEE JECA 2024 Application Form (Soon), Registration – Apply Online Here

The WBJEE JECA 2024 Application Form will be released in the 4th week of February 2024. The Exam will be attended by those aspirants who are planning to take up MCA programs at many Government and Private institutions in West Bengal. This exam is proposed by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board which is WBJEE on 14th July 2024.

WBJEE JECA 2024 Exam is conducted every year by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board. Through this exam, candidates can get into MCA (Master of Computer Applications) courses at various Govt. & Private institutes in West Bengal state.

WBJEE 2024 Application Form

• Aspirants should fill in the online Application Form of WBJEE JECA 2024 by following the application instructions from the website.
• Enter each data in a specified manner including personal and educational details such as aspirant’s name, date of birth, category, caste, qualification, etc.
• Now fix the scanned image of the passport-size photo and signature along with important details.
• After the registration, you will receive your registration no and password.
• After getting over with the application procedures, you will be required to make the payment.
• Applicants need to pay RS 600 using Debit / Credit Card/Net Banking or through bank challan.

WBJEE JECA 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants will need to satisfy the eligibility criteria Those who are before you apply for the exam. It is essential to be familiar with the perimeter set by officials. not able to meet the required eligibility will be disqualified from the exam.

• Those who are Indian citizens will require residence proof of West Bengal will be considered for admission.
• There are no age criteria to apply for the exam.

Education Qualification

Module 1:

Applicants should qualify 3-year Bachelor’s degree from UGC known University with 60% marks in Honours/Total (45% marks for SC/ST category) or accomplished BCA degree from any University/Institute accepted by AICTE with 60% marks (45% marks for SC/ST category) in Mathematics at the Bachelor’s level.

Moreover, applicants will be required to achieve 60% marks (45% marks for SC/ST category) in Secondary and Higher Secondary or correspondent examinations from a reputed Board with 60% marks (45% marks for SC/ST category) in Mathematics.

Module 2:

Applicants having 3 3-year bachelor’s degree with 50% marks (45% marks for ST/ SC/OBC-A/OBC-B category) approved by UGC and/or AICTE will consider n.

Those who want to apply for the exam must have Mathematics as the main subject in 12^th and graduation.

Module 3:

Applicants will need to achieve graduation or related qualification under the (10+2+3) scheme with 60% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B category) from any subject of B.E./B.Tech/BCA from a UGC / AICTE-recognized University/Institute. They must have pursued mathematics as the main subject during their course of education.

Module 4: 

Applicants will need to have a B.Sc. Honours degree through (10+2+3) from any subject at UGC approved University/Institute with 60% marks in Honours/Total (45% marks for SC/ST/OBCA/OBC-B category)  with  55% marks in Mathematics.

Additionally, they need to obtain a minimum of 60% marks in Secondary and Higher Secondary from a reputed board.

WBJEE JECA 2024 Application Procedure

Filling The Application form:

• To start with applicants have to register for the exam by filling up registration details, i.e., Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name and Date of birth, mobile number and email ID.
• Make sure that all the information entered in the application is correct as the same cannot be changed or modified later.
• All the information entered must match exactly with the 10th regular school admit cards, and mark sheets.
  • As per the information applicant also has to show the originals to enter the examination hall, during counseling, during admission and also during registration with the University

Uploading of images

• In this applicants have to upload scanned documents like a recent passport-size photograph, a copy of their signature, and the left thumb impression.

Payment of Examination Fees

• After uploading images applicants will be automatically directed to the fee-payment step.
• The examination fee of Rs. 500 needs to be paid in cashless mode by ‘Net Banking’/ ‘Debit Card’/ ‘Credit Card’ or in cash using Allahabad Bank e-challan, which will be automatically generated for downloading once the same option is selected.
• The fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.

Confirmation Page

• After successful payment of the WBJEE JECA application fee, applicants will be directed to the downloading and printing of the ‘Confirmation Page.
• The application process is not complete until and unless the ‘Confirmation Page’ is generated.
• Applicants are required to take a printout of the Confirmation Page and should preserve the same carefully till the admission process is complete.
• The confirmation page cannot be regenerated at any later stage.

Correction of Application form

• If applicants want to make any kind of correction they need to personally visit the board office with all the original documents within the last date of the application.
• The Board’s decision in this regard will be final and binding for the candidate.
