WBJEE JEHOM 2023: Application (Soon), Dates, Eligibility, Pattern, Syllabus

WBJEE stands for West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board, and they are the ones who conduct WBJEE JEHOM Exams. Students who want to join the BHMCT (Hotel Management and Catering Technology) program in West Bengal need to clear the WBJEE JEHOM Entrance Exam.

WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board) board was founded in 1962 by the government of West Bengal. The board organizes state-level entrance exams for students who want to take admissions in different programs in different colleges of the state.

JEHOM is also an entrance exam which is conducted by WBJEE. Students can get admissions quickly if they have the JEHOM scorecard as it adds more value than any other institute.

WBJEE JEHOM 2023 Application Form

After logging on to the website, the student needs to click on ”JEHOM” and then click on “Online Application.” Students will have to complete the registration process by filling in the email id and the phone number.

Once the registration is completed, the application number successfully will be sent to the students via email or as a Text on their phone. To fill the application form students need to use the application number to log in.

All the fields in the application form need to be filled incorrectly by the student. Students also have to upload the scanned copy of the latest passport size photo with the signature as per the instructions.

WBJEE JEHOM Application Fee

• Once the documents are uploaded, students will have to pay the application fee, which is Rs. 510/-
• Students can pay the price only through e-Challan of Allahabad, which has to be downloaded online, and the payment has to be done at any branch of Allahabad Bank.
• Before submitting the form, students need to recheck the form so that there are no mistakes.

WBJEE JEHOM 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• Students should have completed their HSC or any higher secondary education from any recognized board of West Bengal.
• The student should be at least 17 yrs of age or more and should be an Indian.
• The student must have at least achieved 45% marks in his exams and 40% for SC/ST/OBC –A/OBC – B category.
• It is recommended that students check the eligibility criteria before applying for the JEHOM exams.

WBJEE JEHOM 2023 Exam Pattern

The exam pattern for the JEHOM exam for 2023 is listed below.

• The exam will be in offline mode means pen & paper mode. (OMR sheets)
• The questions will be multiple-choice questions (MCQ type)
• The questions paper will be in the English language.
• 60 min will be provided to complete the questions paper.
• Each correct answer will help you get two marks.
• Each wrong answer will deduct ½ marks.

WBJEE JEHOM 2023 Exam Center

The WBJEE JEHOM Exams will be conducted at three different centers. The name of the places is listed below.

WBJEE JEHOM 2023 Exam Syllabus

• The questions in this exam will be based on the education that was done by the students in the 11th or 12th.
• The syllabus will be related to the syllabus that was done by the students in their higher education which is taught by the West Bengal Council of Higher Education (WBSCHE).

WBJEE JEHOM 2023 Admit Card

Admit card will be available online and can be downloaded. Students are requested to print multiple copies as duplicates will not be issued.

Carrying the admit card to the examination center is compulsory. Admit card has the student’s information, examination center information, and roll number. Admit card will also be required at the time of counseling.

WBJEE JEHOM 2023 Result

The Results will be declared by the boards only after the formalities are completed. Results for the JEHOM will be Available in June 2023 (Tentatively).

The notification on the exact date of the result will be updated on the website. Students will be able to check their Results on the website.

WBJEE JEHOM 2023 Counselling

Once the final results are released, students who have passed the exams successfully will be called for Counseling. Only by the marks and Score achieved in the WBJEE JEHOM exam will be able to get admission to the colleges.

Students who have been shortlisted will have to attend the Counseling procedure. To attend the counseling student have to download the counseling letters from the website wbjee.in.

Students will have to pay a fee of Rs. 500/- for the Counseling procedure. It’s mandated for the student to carry all the necessary documents while going to the counseling Venue.
