Central University of Orissa 2023 Admission has been done through NTA CUET 2023. The Central University of Orissa is going to join with Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) Consortium to conduct its entrance examination 2023. Situated in Koraput, Orissa, Central University of Orissa (CUO) was formed in 2009 by the Government of India. The university provides various UG, Integrated, PG, and scientific research programs every year on eligible and interested candidates. Courses available under these programs are B. Ed, B.Sc, M.Sc, MA, M.Sc, MBA, M.Phil, and Ph.D.
The applications are accepted online and also offline mode. For online applications, candidates will need to visit the official website of the CEO. The hard copies of the Application Form are required to send to the university via Speed mail to the Registrar, Central University of Orissa, Landiguda, Koraput- 764021, Odisha.
The admissions to almost all the courses will be provided on the basis of the Entrance test performed by the university. The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the merit list which will be produced considering an applicant’s performance in the qualifying exam and entrance exam.

Candidates must complete the Application Form completely and submit the hard copy in conjunction with a University copy of the challan via Speed post to the given address.
Offline application Procedure – Application Form can be obtained by sending a bank challan of INR 500 (INR 250 with a view to reserved category candidates). the fee will be payable at the SBI branch. The account information and IFSC code will be notified as well.

Central University of Orissa 2023 Result
Central University of Orissa 2023 Result will be Declared on 3rd week of October 2023. Central University of Orissa (CUO) For the whole academic year is divided into two semesters, in other words, Monsoon semester (July-December) & Winter session (January-May). CEO Results declared within months of December & May for Monsoon & Winter semesters.
CUO operates an entrance test for grant admission in PG programs. In order to avail of admission in the M.Phil&Ph.D program offered by CUO, students must appear in the separate entrance test followed up by the Viva-voce.
The University is also conducting Supplementary & Improvement examinations in the months of July & January for Monsoon & Winter semesters accordingly.
Central University of Orissa 2023 Admissions Process
The candidates will be required to display for an entrance test which will be conducted by the university authorities. Test to B.Ed program will include two parts of 80 marks and 20 marks accordingly. The entrance exam for BCA will consist of a total of 100 issues. For Integrated M.Scprogramme in Mathematics, candidates should attempt 50 MCQs for 2 marks each.
The selection of the candidates will hinge on their performance in the entrance examination. The entrance examination results will be considered for the selection of the candidates to the PG programs previously mentioned. However, for Journalism and Mass Communication, candidates will have to, in addition, appear for The Group Discussion or an Interview.
For the MBA program, it is essential to appear for the Entrance Test, Group Discussion, and Interview. Candidates will be chosen on the grounds of their effectiveness in all three sections. The selection process for Ph.D. or M.Philprogrammes is entirely based on the candidate’s performance in the Entrance test and Viva-Voice.
Applicants are required to verify the university website regularly in order to check results. On the basis of the results of the entrance test and viva-voice test, candidates are about to be chosen and a merit list will be prepared. Candidates selected can contact the university authorities for complete admission proceedings.
The university provides MA, The Built-in M.Sc. B.Ed, MBA, M.Phil& Ph.D. programs in different disciplines along with the integrated M.Sc program. These programs are being organized in terms of the Semester & Choice Based Credit Course (CBCS) pattern. In order to guarantee admission in PG, Integrated PG, M.Phil& Ph.D. courses, students have to be eligible in the entrance exam conducted by the University.
The entrance examination is generally conducted in the month of August each year& results are published on the same day on the official website of CUO. Students, who fail in each and every subject have to appear in the supplementary examination conducted by the University. Students can also apply for the improvement of marks if they are dissatisfied with their allotted marks. Status of both supplementary & improvement marks is being updated on the University website as soon as its result is out.
