NMMS Goa 2023 Application Form will be Released Soon. The Goa National Means Cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) Scheme 2023-24 Examination is an entrance exam organized every year for the applicants of class VIII. The entrance exam is held on 3rd November 2023 at the state level.

NMMS Goa 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Educational qualification:

• Applicants who are studying in the VIII class from a recognized school are eligible to apply.

The income of parents:

• For the exam, only those applicants are eligible whose parents’ annual income is not more than Rs 1,50,000 per annum from all sources.

Qualifying marks:

• To get the scholarship general category applicants must have scored a minimum of 55% marks in the VII class.
• To get the scholarship reserved category applicants must have scored more than 50% marks in the VII class.

NMMS Goa 2023 Paper Pattern

• The official authority will conduct the entrance exam in offline mode in one session which will include two parts as mention below:
  1. Part 1: MAT (Mental Ability Test)
  2. Part 2: SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test).
• Objective-type questions will be asked in the entrance exam.
• 90 questions in total will be asked in the entrance exam.
• The question paper of the entrance exam will consist of 90 marks in total.
• Applicants are instructed to solve the paper within 90 minutes.
• However, each correct response in the exam will get one mark by the authorities and an incorrect answer will not reduce any markings in the exam.
