The University of Petroleum and Energy Studies is the popular university of Dehradun and this university has organized the UPESEAT examination for the candidates and the full form of UPESEAT is the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies Engineering Aptitude Test. The candidates should have the eligibility criteria to get admission in the B.Tech programs of UPES and they can fill the application form of UPESEAT online mode if they are interested.
There is a four-year Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) program available for the candidates in the University of UPES and candidates have to score qualified marks in the examination of UPESEAT.

UPESEAT Counseling 2023

UPESEAT Counseling Procedure 2023
Following are the procedure has mentioned below for candidates and they have to follow it.
- The University of Petroleum and Energy Studies conducts the counselling procedure for the candidates.
- Applicants have to register themselves for counselling procedure
- There will be 20% seats are allotted on the basis of Board Merit and JEE Main Result and Rank.
- There are 80% of the seats will be filled by candidates based on the ranks secured by them in UPESEAT.
- The seats will be allotted to the candidates at the counselling procedure and higher and better the rank, better preference of seat will be given to the candidate.
- Candidates have to carry the required documents for verification at the counselling center.
