AIBE is the qualifying exam to obtain the “Certificate of Practice” in the legal profession. The certificate is awarded to candidates who will be eligible for the AIBE exam.

AIBE 2024 Exam Pattern
Here we are providing the complete exam pattern for the AIBE Entrance Exam. Candidates can check the complete exam pattern and start their preparation according to it.
Mode of Exam
- The AIBE entrance exam will be held in offline mode (OMR).
Duration of Exam
- The total duration of the exam will be 3 hours and 30 minutes. The candidates with 80% or more disabilities will be allotted 30 minutes.
Exam Date
- The Exam will be conducted on 24th November 2024 (XVIII).
Language
- It will be conducted in 11 languages from which candidates can choose any.
Types of Questions
- Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) will be asked in the examination.
Total Marks
- The complete questions paper will be of a total of 100 marks.
Negative Marking
- There will be no negative marking in the examination.
Categories
- The question papers will be divided into categories: i.e. Category-I and Category-II.
Subjects
The questions will be prepared from 20 subjects. These subjects will be divided into Category I and Category II. Each subject of category-I will contain 7 questions, and Category II subjects will contain 23 questions.
