AP Polycet 2023 Round & Final Phase Counseling will be started in November 2023. AP POLYCET stands for (Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance test), POLYCET is conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training.

There are 60 Questions in Mathematics for 60 Marks, there are 30 Questions in Physics for 30 Marks, and there are 30 Questions in Chemistry for 30 Marks. AP Polytechnic counselling is started after the entrance exam and registration.

Every year this examination is held by the Institute of Diploma, they call the candidates to get admission in the field of diploma courses/ technical/ engineering / non-engineering courses.

AP POLYCET Process 2023 Counseling

An applicant who has been called for counselling have to bring the following certificates, which are relevant to them in original for verification purpose along with one set of attested copies.

• Memo of Marks of SSC or its equivalent Examination.
• Community Certificate from Revenue Authorities, issued by officers, not below the rank of Mandal Revenue Officer (MRO) in respect of BC, SC, and ST applicants. The details of the sub-caste and a serial number of the cast in the groups of BC / SC and ST are to be given in the Certificate.

AP Polytechnic Counseling 2023 

In the Counseling process, there is three rounds of the process, conducted by Andhra Pradesh.

• A large number of candidates who have appeared the entrance exam they are waiting for the counseling process, which are is to be conducted in step by step, it will be completed in three rounds of the counseling process.
• AP Polytechnic Process is organized by the rank list. Therefore, it is necessary to download the rank list.
• Those candidates who are in the rank list they will be eligible for the counseling process.
• The counseling process will start offline mode, candidates who are eligible for counseling they have to be present at the counseling venue.
• Before the counseling process candidates must have to pay for the counseling, fee which is mentioned in the current year application form.
• In the counseling process, all candidates who are present at the venue have to choose the stream as well as the college.
• The counseling process must require some document, which is verified by the counselor.

Instruction for Counseling/Admission Procedure

Admission into Polytechnics/Institutions shall be made following the rules of admission and subject to any amendments issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh from time to time.

If any ambiguity or doubt arises in the interpretation and implementation of these rules, the decision of the Director / Commissioner of Technical Education shall be final.

In case of any litigation in matters related to the conduct of Entrance Examinations and its results, the disputes shall be within the jurisdiction of Hon’ble High Count of T.S. only, and the Secretary, SBTET shall alone be the Respondent and not DTE/CTE.

Any disputes connected to Admission, if any, shall be within the jurisdiction of the Hon’ble T.S. High Court and the Convener POLYCET (not the Secretary, SBTET) shall be the respondent.
