Assam CEE 2023 Counselling will be started in June 2023. Those students of Assam CEE 2023 can become capable of applying for counseling. The counseling is done through the offline medium in 2023.

Those who are having the expected cutoffs and come up with every requirement of eligibility to appear in the exam will be given seats in the college.

The information regarding the counseling of Assam CEE 2023 is not finalized, but it is considered that after the announcement of the notification, the details regarding the counseling will come to be known.

Assam CEE Cut Off 2023 will be declared after the Result announcement. It will be decided by Assam Science & Technology University (ASTU).

Assam CEE Counselling Procedure 2023

• The Assam CEE 2023 Counseling will be started in June 2023 for admission.
• The counseling as per the merit list for the subsequent phases shall be notified in case seats remain vacant.
• The counseling process involves document verification, choices of branches & colleges, and allotment with payment of counseling fee only.
• The admission fee is to be paid in the college to which the seat is allocated.
• The candidate shall have to report in person on the date as per the CEE 2023 Counseling schedule.
• A confirmed seat allotment letter will be issued after the seat allocation process is completed.
• If a candidate fails to attend the Counseling as per schedule, his/ her candidature will not be considered in the next day or any subsequent Counseling under any circumstances.
• All candidates will have to pay Rs. 600 only (Non-refundable) as a counseling fee at the time of counseling.
• A candidate shall have to report to the allotted college for admission with the CEE-2023 Counseling seat allotment letter and complete the required formalities within the specified date.

Credentials Required for Assam CEE Counselling 2023

• Assam CEE 2023 Admit card
• Proof of Identity
• Original Date of Birth Certificate
• Original School Leaving Certificate
• Mark sheet of the qualifying examination
• Passing certificate of the qualifying examination
• Character certificate forms the school last attended.
• Counseling forms are present in the information brochure (Annexure G)

Students must have a passport-size photo with a photocopy attached to it. The fee structure of the exam varies from university to university to choose the student by Assam CEE. The candidate who is not available on the day of counseling will be dismissed, and there will be no vacancy in the upcoming stage of counseling.

The Process of Counseling

• Students are to load Form B going to the official site and give it while the counseling process.
• Those students having the name in the merit list can give Form B on the day of counseling, and it needs to be given to the Chairman, and Authority while going for counseling. Those going for Dibrugarh University Counselling Process to take admission in the 4-year B.Tech.
• Students are to be called for being available for counseling organized by scores gained in the Assam CEE Entrance Examination 2023. Students must reach the place of counseling carrying Form B and other documents.
• At the time of counseling, each document submitted by the students is to be checked properly.
• When all the documents prove to be correct, then students are given the seats.
• After the distribution of the seat, there comes the most important task for the students to do and it is to check the admission procedures in the distributed colleges.

• Students will be selected for the counseling and seat distribution procedures when they become eligible for the exam.
• When the credentials prove to be valid, the students can distribute the seat by rank given in the merit list.
• Seat distribution will happen as per the performance of the students. The distributed students need to go to college and go through the various procedures of admission.
• But if the students have to ensure that all procedures have been completed, otherwise finding any discrepancies you are not to give the seat.
