BCECE 2023 2nd Round Allotment Result of Agriculture Counselling has been Released on 12th October 2023. Choice Filling Registration has been Started on 28th September 2023. 2nd Round Seat Allotment Result has been Released on 15th September 2023. The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination is one of the most important entrance examinations of the Bihar state. The BCECE counselling is conducted for the candidate to be admitted to Bihar’s state colleges. The BCECB is responsible for organizing the counselling, where they will attend the seat distribution and choice filling.

Those getting the seat will need to report to the exam centre. Per Rank attained in the BCECE 2023 Exam, they will participate in the seat allocation. It will be conducted in different rounds, and the student will be notified about the counselling schedules on the website.

After the declaration of the result, they will wait to attend the counselling held because of marks obtained in the exam. To participate in counselling, students have to download the counselling call letter. The counselling call letter will be facilitated online on the official website of the BCECE Board.

BCECE Counselling 2023

The BCECE Counselling process started after a declaration of shortlisted candidates. Only candidates who will participate in the counselling have secured good marks in the entrance examination of Bihar University.

The counselling process is the last procedure determining the candidates’ admission to the BCECE. Through counselling, candidates will get seat allotment in the different colleges and institutes.

BCECE 2023 Cut Off  BCECE Cut Off marks are the qualifying marks the examining authority prescribes. Candidates have to score minimum marks at least equal to the cutoff marks, or else they will be prohibited from the admission procedure.

BCECE Counseling Schedule 2023

Here, we are giving the stream-wise counselling dates for all streams. As per the stream of the candidates, they can check the counselling schedule. According to counselling dates, candidates have to report to the counselling centre.

The BCECE Counselling procedure has some following steps, which are given below:

Online Registration

Firstly, students have to register for counselling. To register, candidates have to enter details like the candidate’s name, father’s name, date of birth, and BCECE 2023 roll number. Also, candidates have to fill in their mobile number, address, password, etc.

Filling of Choices

For filling in the choices, students are required to log in using roll number and password.

After a successful login, candidates can fill in and lock the choices. Candidates can take the printout of locked choices for further reference.

Seat Allotment

After filling and locking the choices, students can download the provisional allotment letter by again logging into the account. Now, report to the assigned counselling venue along with a provisional allotment letter for handwriting verification.

The counselling venue will be printed in the allotment letter.

Handwriting Verification

The candidate’s handwriting will be verified before the final seat allotment. Handwriting verification is done to ensure that the right candidate appears in counselling.

Final Seat Allotment

Candidates can now check and download their final allotment letter. To download the final allotment letter, students need to log into their accounts.

After this, candidates have to report to the specified counselling centre for document verification and other formalities of the admission process.

BCECE 2023 Admission Procedure

• The counselling process includes registration, filling of choices, provisional seat distribution, handwriting verification, and final seat allotment.
• They will have to attend counselling on the scheduled time, place, and date for participating in the counselling procedures.
• The aspirants will need to participate in the counselling along with documents and fees.
• For the final admission round, they will have to appear for distributed college.
• They must download the call letter from the web page by providing the mandate details.
• The counselling is held offline in two stages- stage 1 and stage 2. The third counselling for the CBA and PCM+PCB groups will be held when there is seat availability for admission after two rounds. The third round occurs as per NEET for those pursuing medical. The PCB BCECE 2023 Counseling for Medicine, Ayurvedic, Homeopathy, and Pharmacy streams will begin in August. There will be seats reserved for those belonging to the OBC Class, and they need to load the call letter to attend the PCB Counseling.

The Requirement of Documents for BCECE Counselling

In BCECE counselling, the following documents are required at the time of counselling from the candidate and those documents are

• 10th Passing Certificate
• 12th Class Admit Card of Mark Sheet
• BCECE 2023 Admit Card of Stage-1 and Stage-2
• BCECE 2023 Counselling Call Letter
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• Medical Certificate
• 6-7 recent passport-size photographs similar to the admit card photograph.
