BCECE UGMAC 2024 1st Round Counselling Registration has been Started on 10th September 2024. UGMAC(Ayush)-2024 1st Round Provisional Seat Allotment has been Released on 16th September 2024. Rank Card has been Available on 21st August 2024. Online Registration was Started on 17th August 2024. The BCECE UGMAC (Under Graduate Medical Admission Counseling) is conducted through the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB).

To offer admission to the applicants in the first year of the different Degree (MBBS / BDS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS/ B.V.Sc. & A.H.) courses in Govt. / Private Medical / Dental colleges and Govt. Bihar Veterinary College, Patna of Bihar State.

BCECE UGMAC Application Form 2024

BCECE UGMAC 2024 Application Form has been Released and those applicants are interested and eligible to get admission in the first year of the different Degree (MBBS / BDS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS/ B.V.Sc. & A.H.) courses in Govt. / Private Medical / Dental colleges and Govt. Bihar Veterinary College, Patna of Bihar State.

They can fill out the application form for BCECE UGMAC online mode by following the simple steps mentioned below.

• Firstly, applicants must go on the official Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board webpage.
• By filling in the required details such as email ID, mobile no. etc. applicants have to register themselves and the account of candidates will be activated.
• Through using an email ID and password, applicants have to sign in and fill in all the required details such as personal and educational details in the application form.
• After filling in those details, candidates have to upload their passport-size photograph of high contrast (The photo must be snapped with a placard containing the candidate’s name and snapping date), and full signature in Hindi and English (Not in capital letters) after duly scanning the same.
• Candidates have to preview the application form and click on the link of the “Confirm & Submit” button to proceed to pay the Examination Fee as per Step Six.

Application Fee

Candidates can make payment of application fees online as well as offline mode. Online payment can be done through NEFT Challan and online payment can be done through using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking.

Documents to be submitted with the Application Form

• Original Admit Card of NEET(UG)-2024
• Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Matric / equivalent exam.
• Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Intermediate/ 10+2 / equivalent exam.
• Residential Certificate.
• Caste Certificate.
• All the Certificates/documents in original as per the requirements of admissions in Private Medical / Dental Colleges.
• Six copies of the passport-size photographs, same as pasted by the candidate on the Admit Card of NEET(UG)-2024.
• Download & print of Online filled Application Form (Part A & Part B) of UGMAC-2024.
• Aadhar Card.
• Other documents are required (if applicable) such as a DQ (PH) certificate.

BCECE UGMAC Eligibility Criteria

The applicants must check the eligibility criteria before filling out the application form for BCECE UGMAC and the eligibility criteria details mentioned below.

• Candidates should be residents of Bihar claiming admissions under 85% of state quota seats.
• They should be qualified in the 12th class examination under the 10+2 system conducted by the CBSE/ Council of the Indian School Certificate Examination with subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English.
• Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks for General, (40% marks for SC/ST/OBC and 45% for Gen-PWD category candidates) taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/ Biotechnology.
• The applicants must be qualified with the NEET-2024 exam with a minimum of the 50th percentile, 45th percentile for UR-PwD, and 40th percentile for SC, ST, OBC, SC- PwD, ST- PWD & OBC- PWD candidates.

BCECE UGMAC Merit List 2024

As per marks scored in NEET-UG, the applicants have been shortlisted in the merit list through the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board. The merit list will be available for admission to 85% of state quota seats in government medical and dental colleges located in the state.

The Merit List consists of the name of the candidate, NEET 2024 roll number, NEET 2024 All India Rank, State Rank of Bihar, Date of Birth Total Percentile secured, etc.

BCECE UGMAC Reservation Criteria

Admission will be provided to the candidates in MBBS/BDS courses as per the reservation criteria of various categories.

BCECE UGMAC Counseling 2024

The counselling procedure will be conducted through the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board to offer admission to the candidates in the first year of MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS / BUMS courses.

Those applicants are selected on the merit list; and will call out for counselling sessions.

Applicants have to fill out counselling/seat allotment form if they are eligible as per the NEET (UG)-2024 against State Quota MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS / BUMS seats for Govt. Medical / Dental / Ayurvedic/ Homoeopathic/ Tibbi Colleges and Private Medical / Dental Colleges of Bihar.

The applicants must carry the required documents at the counselling centre for verification and after verification of certificates/documents/ identity, the course/institution will be allotted merit/rank-wise to eligible candidates as per the prospectus of UGMAC.
