Bihar Post Graduate Medical Admission Test (Bihar PGMAT) 2023 Counselling will be commencing after the declaration of Result for the PGMAT 2023. The PGMAT exam will be conducted for providing admission in professional courses such as MD, MS, PG Diploma, and MDS. The Bihar state government Colleges and Private Medical colleges of Bihar will participate in the Admission sessions for the next academic year. The BCECE PGMAT Seat Allotment 2023 will be published through online mode at the official website of the BCECE Board.

PGMAT is the state level entrance exam and conducted by BCECE (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board). The candidates can get the admission for medical courses such as MD / MS / PGD / MDS as well as MD (Ayurveda). The Candidates seeking for admission in medical and dental colleges in Bihar can appear for the Bihar PGMAT.

Counselling Procedure for Bihar PGMAT 2023:

Registration:

The candidates those who will get qualified in the Bihar PGMAT 2023, they will have to fill the application form for counseling. So, before filling the counseling form candidates need to register themselves on the official website.

Payment of fees:

The Fees for Counselling will be paid at the time of registration, the fee can be paid through online mode using debit/credit card or net banking.

Choice Filling and Locking

Then candidates need to fill the choices of colleges and courses as per their preferences and then lock the choices to proceed further. Submit the option from within the specified dates.

Seat Allotment:

After the submission of the form, the authority will start the counseling process and allow the seats on the basis of merit list, choices filled by the candidates and availability of seats.

Reporting to the Allotted College: 

The candidates those who will get the seat allotment, they will have to report at the Allotted Colleges. The candidates are required to carry the documents along with them and pay the admission fees as per the specification. The admission will be confirmed only after the payment of fees.

Seat Allotment for Bihar PGMAT 2023: 

The counselling is conducted for seat allotment to the candidates those who are getting their names on the highest position in the merit list, they are having more chances to get the seats as per their preference. The seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of marks scored in the Bihar PGMAT 2023 and Marks obtained in the Qualifying Examination.

Candidates have the opportunity to make the choice of colleges according to their preferences and can enter the maximum choices in the option form.

Documents Required for Bihar PGMAT 2023 Counselling: 

• Class 10 or 12 Mark sheet
• BCECE Stage 1 and Stage 2 hall Ticket
• BCECE counseling call letter
• Category certificates
• Medical certificates if specified
• Original Admit Card
• All Certificates in Original as per requirements for the PG Medical

The candidates need to carry the required documents and certificates mentioned above, for PGMAT 2023 Counselling. If Candidates fail to bring all the documents mentioned above at the time of counselling, they will not be eligible to appear in the counselling process.
