BVP CET Counselling 2018 – Check Schedule & Admission Procedure
BVP CET counselling 2018 for MBA course will be commenced from 22nd April 2018 through offline mode. The BVP CET is popularly known as Bharati Vidyapeeth Common Entrance Test, which is concerned by BVPDU, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University. It is providing the various courses for candidates to make their career in future.
The courses of BVP CET is offered are Engineering, Medical, Management, Nursing, etc. for undergraduate and post-graduate candidates. Every year many of the candidates get admission in BVP CET by applying it through online or offline mode both.
The candidates get seats in different colleges and institution by the Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University to offer them various courses, which is the best opportunity for candidates. BVP CET Counselling 2018 –Schedule Released (MBA & MCA)
BVP CET 2018 Counselling Schedule for MBA & MCA courses has been released now. The counselling will be started from 22nd April 2018 (MBA) & 28th April 2018 (MCA).Check below:
The BVP CET Counselling will be held after the result declaration in the month of June. There is all category of candidates can participate but only that candidates, who have shortlisted in the merit list of result. The BVP University may decide the candidates for the counselling procedure as per their scored rank.
The university sends the call letters to candidates for counselling. There is two round of counselling session are estimated for candidates. First round is done for 1 to 5000 seats and the second round is done for 5001 to 8000 seats.

Required documents for BVP CET Counselling 2018
Those candidates are selected for the counselling process, they have to bring that all required documents at the time of counselling, which is mandatory. The required documents are given below
- Counselling letter
- SSC certificate, school leaving certificate, nationality certificate for the proof of date of birth
- Certificate of the principal of the school for 11th and 12th studied in India.
- Xth class mark sheet
- XIIth class mark sheet
- Transfer Certificate from the last attended school/institution
- Migration Certificate
- Gap Certificate, for candidates who passed 12th in the year 2016
- Character Certificate
- Caste Certificate
- Caste validity certificate by the competent authority
- Medical fitness
- 6 passport size photographs with the name of the candidates on the backside
- Demand Draft for paying the tuition fee
- An affidavit as per the prescribed format must be signed by the candidate and their parent/guardian.
- Any other relevant document asked by the university
Procedure to be considered for BVP Counselling 2018
Those candidates are shortlisted for counselling procedure through the authority, they have to follow that procedure to complete the process of counselling. The procedure has below step by step for candidates
- Call letter
Those candidates have secured the qualify marks in the entrance examination of BVP, they will get the call letter, which was sent by the University to candidates.
- Merit list
On the basis of merit list, the candidates will be shortlisted for a counselling session and they will be called for counselling. In this procedure, 5000 candidates will be selected to get seats for counselling.
When the vacant seats will be available, then there is a chance for that candidate, who are shortlisted in the rank list from 5001 to 8000. The counselling procedure will not be done on the basis of merit list and availability of seats.
- Allotment letter
Those candidates have not received the allotment letter from the university, they can also participate in the counselling process by checking the counselling dates, they can attend the counselling of BPV Deemed University.
- Presence of candidates and parent
The candidates should be present at the counselling process to get admission in BPV and also parents of candidates should be present if they are called in counselling process as per the merit list. It is done to select the candidates for specific courses available at the particular time.
- Presence of documents
The candidates have to bring the required documents with the demand draft for the payment of tuition fee and those candidates will not bring that important documents, they will not get admission in the BVP.
- Availability of seats
As per the seat availability, the candidates will be allotted in the particular colleges and institution of BVP. Those candidates will report to the college as per their eligibility, they will get the waitlisting numbers.
- Unable to attend counselling
If the candidate will not be able to attend the counselling procedure at the moment for some reason, they can send to another representative to complete their counselling procedure. Those representatives will authorize for the counselling, they have to carry the authorization letter as per the prescribed format with the documents.
After completing the process, candidates have to pay the admission fee in the counselling procedure. The candidates can start their courses after the selection process.
BVP CET Seat Allotment 2018
Those candidates participate in the counselling procedure, they will be allotted in the different colleges and institution of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University. The candidates will get the seats as per their preference to complete their B.Tech courses
