The CG PET Counseling has been Started online on 11th August 2023, and candidates who are shortlisted in the merit list can only attend the counselling procedure. The counselling is conducted to provide admission to candidates. Candidates will be called out for counselling as per their qualified marks. The seat allotment will also be done at the counselling centre as per the choice of candidates. From the official website of CG PET, the candidates can check the counselling venue and dates to attend the counselling procedure.

CG PET 2023 Cut-Off will be published online on the official website of CG Vyapam. The cut-off will be the rank at which admissions will start and close in the various participating institutes of CG PET.

Required Document

The following are the documents below for candidates for verification at the counselling centre.

• Online filled application form cum option form
• Class X and XII mark sheet
• CG PET 2023 Score or JEE Main 2023 Scores
• Domicile Certificates
• Bank Challan Copy of registration fees.
• Category Certificates, if applicable
• PH Category candidates must submit the medical certificate from the competent authority.
• The candidate under the Freedom Fighters category must submit the certificate issued by the collector.
• P.L. of the candidate under such category

The Procedure of CG PET Counseling

The candidates can check the procedure of CG PET counselling by following the details, which are given below them.

Online Registration

Those applicants are qualified for the examination of JEE Main; they have to register themselves on the official website of CG PET to appear for admission to Chhattisgarh colleges and institutions. Candidates have to enter the following details for registration.

• Domicile of the Candidate.
• JEE Main 2023/CG PET 2023 Roll Number.
• Date of Birth.
• Create a Password.

Counselling Fee

Counselling Fees can be paid via Online Mode Ru Pay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro/Credit Cards,/Internet Banking/IMPS,/Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets/Debit Cards.

• The applicant shall bear all the Bank processing charges to pay counselling fees.

CG PET 2023 Counselling Procedure

Candidates must check the Counseling Procedure

Step 1: Registration

First, applicants must register on the official website.
Upon registration, applicants must enter a valid mobile number as a one-time password will be generated for registration.
Candidates must also complete their personal information, such as the state of the home, the CG PET 2023 role number, the date of birth, the password, etc.
At the time of registration, applicants must pay the advisory fee through Banco Challan to any OSE branch on behalf of the Technical Education Coordinator, Chhattisgarh.

Step 2: Complete the option

Applicants must log in using a username and password for the online option.
Applicants applying to a university must complete the branches as much as possible.
The candidate will be considered only for the branches that he/she fulfils.
To confirm the choice, click the “Add selected options” button.
Take the form of this ‘Application Request Form’ as it will be required when verifying the document.

Step-3 Verification of the document

It is essential to verify the documents in the prescribed document verification centers (DVC).
Without documentary verification, the registration of the candidate will not be accepted.
Candidates will be called in order of priority for verifying documents in DVC.
Once the document verification is completed, applicants can obtain a recognition option form.
Candidates are invited to verify the documents within the specified time. After the last date, no request will be accepted in this regard.

Step 4: Assignment of seat

To download the seat assignment letter, candidates must log in using their login credentials.
Candidates can download their award letters on a specific date.
With the report of the award letter to the designated schools with the relevant documents.
