• After the result declaration, the applicants will be shortlisted in the merit list
• The shortlisted candidates will need to appear for the counseling round.
• Applicants must have to be present in person for counseling.
• In case a candidate does not appear in the counseling, his/her admission shall be canceled automatically.
• Candidates are required to carry their documents for verification at the time of counseling.

• Rank Card of the entrance exam taken / Admit Card
• SSLC / 10thMarks Card
• PUC / 12thMarks Card or equivalent
• Transfer Certificate
• Conduct Certificate from the Principal of the institution last attended.
• Photographs: 4 Passport size, 4 Stamp size
• Migration Certificate (for non-Karnataka students)
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Self-addressed envelopes (4 with self-address and Rs 5 stamp)
• Copy of the Fee Receipt from CET
