DTU M.Tech 2024 Counselling will be Started Soon. The counselling of DTU M.Tech 2024 will take place at Delhi Technical University.  Only those candidates will be able to contribute to DTU M.Tech 2024 counselling who have qualified in the GATE entrance exam.

The names of such contenders are declared in the merit list, and by it, they are requested for DTU M.Tech counselling 2024. Such entrants will be mandatory to download their counselling letters and be present during counseling.

The counseling procedure of DTU M.Tech 2024 comprises two rounds:

Round 1 of DTU M.Tech counselling 2024

The list of contenders designated gets exhibited for the first round of admissions accompanied by the admission agenda. In the event of remaining seats, the second round of counseling is held.

Fee Deposition: The particular contenders in each round of admission will have to deposit the requisite fees as per the schedule through DD pro “Registrar, Delhi Technological University owed at New Delhi” and submit fee receipt earlier to the department.

Document Corroboration: Contenders should produce the applicable documents for corroboration purposes at the time of admission. The pamphlets would be unique with one set of self-shown prints. Counseling in person: Candidates can send their authorized representative with all the required documents and fees to arrive for admission just in case, they are equipped to report personally. The illustrative authorized must accompany the duly signed approval letter.

• Freeze: Contenders will have to check their admission in a precise M.Tech program by filling up a freezing form and acquiescing it in the department related. All these contenders who have frozen their entry in an accurate schedule are not assessed for a reflex favor in other plans.
• Upgradation: Just in case, a contender elevates to another program that is presented by a different department then they will produce a NOC from the parent department and pay the original fee receipt together with other pamphlets in the new section.

Round 2 of DTU M.Tech counseling 2024 (Subject to availability of seats)

• A list of positions offered for admission during the second round of entry is demonstrated.
• Round 2 for all programs is kept in the individual section. No discrete communication will be sent incidentally.
• No admission will be made reliably to any program’s second or higher semester.

• Date of birth proof
• All mark sheets and certificate of qualifying examination (Graduation).
• SC/ ST/ OBC persons with disability certificates whichever is applicable, by reservation. OBC candidates must produce the necessary financial document.
• Legal GATE Score Card in Original for permanent contenders.
• Experience Certificate (Original) in case of part-time and full-time sponsored candidates.
• No Objection Certificate for Part-time sponsored candidates.
• Sponsorship certificate in the prescribed format by Full-time sponsored candidates.
