Age Limit

• The upper age limit for admission as on 01st July 2023 is:
• 21 years for UG/Diploma Programs (24 years for SC/ST)
• 25 years for PG Diploma in Sanitary Inspectors Course (28 years for SC/ST)
• 35 years for B.Voc., Diploma & Skill-based Courses
• There is no age limit for other Programs

Scholarship Facilities

• Eligible SC, ST, OBC, Persons with Disabilities (PWD) can avail Central Sector Scholarship (post-matric) through respective State Government
• Eligible SC/ST/SCC students and Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) are exempt from remittance of Tuition fees by submitting the prescribed application form at the time of admission along with required documents.

Gandhigram Rural Institute 2023 Application Procedure

Firstly candidates required to register themselves. To easily get register GRI 2023 application candidates needs to follow the below steps which will help to complete the GRI 2023 application form procedure.

• Applications can be submitted only online. Online applications can be made from 18th April 2023 (Wednesday) onwards
• Please visit the University website ruraluniv.ac.in for prospectus and instructions for filling up the online applications. Candidates are advised to read carefully and follow the instructions. Before applying for admission, the candidate is advised to ensure his/her eligibility as per the criteria laid down in the prospectus
• Candidates should register before filling up the online application. During the registration process, the following details should be furnished:
• Name followed by initials (as per the Higher Secondary mark statement)
• Date of birth
• Valid email-ID
• Mobile number
• Date of birth, email ID and mobile number cannot be changed after registration
• Before login, you must Register online. Valid e-mail id and mobile number are required. You will be provided username and password through SMS and Email
