The GITAM GAT PGT is the national-level entrance examination organized through GITAM University to offer admission to the applicants in M.Tech Courses offered by GITAM University in all its 3 campuses, located in Bengaluru, Vishakhapatnam, and Hyderabad.

GITAM GAT PGT Application Form 2024

The GITAM GAT PGT 2024 Application Form has been Released ; those applicants are wishing to complete their M.Tech courses offered by GITAM University in all its 3 campuses, located in Bengaluru, Vishakhapatnam, and Hyderabad, can apply in GITAM GAT PGT by filling the application form through online mode by following the simple steps mentioned below.

Online Mode

Applicants should go on the official website of GITAM University and register themselves by submitting the required details.

The registration ID and password will be provided to the candidates as login details to fill the application form. In the application form, applicants must fill all the correct and complete details such as personal details, qualifications and communication details.

After filling all the required details, applicants have to make payment of the application fee through online mode by using a Debit card / Credit card (Master / VISA)

Offline Mode

The applicants can obtain through GITAM University by post or can be received from the Branches of Some Banks.

There will be generated a DD of Rs.150/- drawn in favour of GITAM University, payable at Visakhapatnam on any scheduled bank.

Application Fee

The application fee payment can be done online through debit/credit card or net banking or also can be done through offline payment using a demand draft drawn from any scheduled bank made in favour of GITAM University, payable at Visakhapatnam.

The Application fee: Rs.1,200 (non-refundable). The application fee was Rs. 1,200/- Offline Application Fee Rs. 1,200+ Rs. 150 towards the application request fee.

The students may pay through net banking, credit card, and debit card when opting for online payment. The students will have to use Demand Draft when opting for offline payment. The application can be filled in two ways- online and offline.

GITAM GAT PGT 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have to check their eligibility criteria before filling the application form and the eligibility criteria details mentioned below.

The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 21 years. Applicants must belong from Indian Citizenship.

They should be graduate from a recognized university with a minimum 50% marks or above in qualifying examinations.

GITAM GAT PGT 2024 Exam Pattern

Those have applied in this examination; must have to prefer the exam pattern for better preparation of the examination. The exam pattern details are mentioned below.

• The examination duration is 2 hours.
• There are 100 objective-type questions in total.
• The question paper is divided into three sections: Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Quantitative Aptitude.
• Each question will have a weightage of 3 marks.
• 1 mark is deducted for each incorrect answer.

The questions will be asked in GITAM GAT PGT from these three sections as Numerical Data Analysis / Quantitative Analysis, Reasoning & Intelligence, and Verbal Ability.

GITAM GAT PGT 2024 Slot Booking

Those applicants who have successfully submitted their application form, can book their slot through online mode, and those who have not booked their slot, cannot download the admit card, which is a necessary document to give the examination. It is done on a first come first serve basis.

GITAM GAT PGT Admit Card 2024

On the official website of GITAM University, the GITAM GAT PGT Admit Card will be available from April 2024. Applicants can download the admit card by visiting on the official website if they have successfully submitted their application form.

By using a Registered ID and Password, applicants can download the admit card and take the printout for future use. Candidates should carry a Passport / Driving License / EC Voter ID card / IT PAN card / School or College photo-bearing ID card / Aadhar Card along with an admitting card at the examination centre.

GITAM GAT PGT Result 2024 

The GITAM GAT PGT Result will be declared in April 2024, and those applicants who have given the examination can check their results online by visiting the official website.

Applicants can check their results by submitting the Hall Ticket Number & Date of Birth in the required field. After submitting the details, the result will appear to the candidates and they can download it.

GITAM GAT PGT Counseling 2024

From the 2^nd week of May, the GITAM GAT PGT counselling procedure will be conducted and those applicants have scored qualified marks in the examination and they have received call letters through the authority, they have to attend the counselling session on the provided schedule.

Applicants must download the call letter from the official website and carry it at the counselling center along with the required documents for verification. The documents for verification are

• 10+2 / Intermediate marks statement and Pass Certificate
• Transfer and Conduct Certificates
• Medical Certificate from Civil Surgeon (in case of PH Candidates)
