Haryana M.Ed 2022 Application Form

The online Application process & Choice filling process for M.Ed admission in Haryana University will start according to the program. Interested applicants are advised to fill the Application Form before the latest date of Application Form submission. Candidates may fill their Application Form from the direct link which will be given below.

  • All the candidate has to check their personal information during online registration. Registered candidates who do not fill choices or fail to save the same cannot be considered for admission and seat allowance.
  • It will be the responsibility of the candidate to safeguard eligibility for admission before you apply for the course. If on validation at a later stage, it is found that a candidate does not meet the eligibility conditions, his/her candidacy will be canceled and the fee deposited from him/her shall be forfeited.

Haryana M.Ed 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should have not less than 50% aggregate marks in B.Ed. or B.A. B.Ed. or B.Sc. B.Ed. (NCTE, RCI, etc. Approved ) or an examination recognized as being equivalent to B.Ed.

  • There won’t be rounding off of a percentage of marks of the qualifying examination from 0.5% and the top to next higher number for determining the eligibility i.e. 49.5% and above will not round up to 50%.
  • 5% marks for SC / ST candidates of Haryana State only. As per instructions from the state Govt. letter dated:-July 16, 2014.
  • 5% marks for Blind / Disabled persons and Visually / Hearing Impaired candidates.
  • Compartmental candidates are not permitted admission in M.Ed.(Regular Course)in any case.
  • Cut off date for eligibility will be the last date/time of online choice filling.

Application/Counseling Fee

For the submission of registration and counseling fee of Rs. 1000/- for General Candidate and Rs. 625/ – for SC/BC/PH applicants of Haryana State (non-refundable). All applicants have to visit the official site and click on ‘Payment’ and generate an E-slip of the bank of your own choice for cash payment or select any other mode of payment available at the above website for the deposition of registration and counseling fee.

Haryana M.Ed 2022 Merit List

  • Merit List will be carried out based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying examination. The Admission to M.Ed. (Regular) course for the session 2022-21 will be made based on Intermediate of the percentage of the Qualifying Examination through online counseling by CRSU, Jind.
  • In case a candidate has passed the Master Degree Examination also after Bachelor Degree, the higher percentage of marks obtained either in Under Graduate or postgraduate degree of the two will be taken into consideration while preparing the merit.

Reservation Benefit

  • The benefit of reservation will be provided to all the reserved categories up to Final List by the reservation policy given in the Prospectus.
  • In the case at the moment of display of Final List the reserved seats of the different categories other than S.C. in the categories, remain vacant and no eligible candidates of the reserved categories are available, these vacant seats will fill up on open merit basis at that time of Final List. The vacant seats of the SC category will not be converted.
  • Allotment of the hostel is also dependent on the merit list therefore hostel will be allotted based on the merit list.

Phase-II Subsequent Counseling for Vacant/Leftover Seats

  • If the seats in the wake Phase-I of counseling for M.Ed. course under Self- Financing Scheme Colleges of Education remains vacant, then, next phase of counseling i.e. Phase-II for vacant/ remnant seats in all the colleges will be conducted by C.R.S. University, Jind with a late fee of Rs.1000/- and every candidate has to apply afresh
  • The candidate will be able to register online after the last date of admission of Phase-I i.e. 15th November 2021 (after appearing advertisement in news-papers/website)
  • However, their applications will be dealt with in Phase-II, only if, the seats remain vacant after the counseling of Phase-I. Graphics for filling up these vacant seats will appear on the website and will also be notified in two national dailies.

However, if two or more candidates obtain equal marks, following procedure will be used in the manufacture of merit:

Candidates senior in age will be given first preference.

If the tie persists, then marks acquired in the 12th will be considered.

If a tie persists, then marks in 10th will be considered to break the tie.

List of documents to be brought at the time of the accountability institute:

  • The candidates, at the point in time of reporting, must carry the following Original Certificates / Documents / Testimonials along with two sets of duly demonstrated photocopies of these with them. Each candidate, who fails to produce any of the required Certificate / Paperwork/ Testimonial at the time of reporting to the institution, will lose his/her claim to admission.
  • Qualifying Examination i.e. Bachelor Degree and /or Master's Degree or Shastri Degree 3-year (or excluding English)/Acharya Degree two years. The candidate will carry the DMCs of all the years of Bachelor and Master Degree or Shastri/ Acharya Degree.
  • Matriculation/ High School Certificate
  • 10+2 / Intermediate / Senior Secondary School Examination Certificate & Detailed Marks Card.
