• Candidates should be qualified for a Bachelor’s Degree of a minimum 3 Yrs duration with Mathematics at 10+2 level.
• Their relaxation in cut-off percentage up to 10% subject to a minimum eligibility requirement for Kashmiri Migrants (KM).
• Candidates should belong to Indian Citizenship.

The counseling procedure will be conducted through the Haryana State Technical Educational Society. Candidates selected in the merit list will call out for counseling procedures along with required documents for verification.
