HPCET Counseling 2024 (Out soon) – Procedure, Seat Allotment

The HPCET is completely known as Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test and the conducting authority of HPCET is Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU) and many candidates may apply in the examination of HPCET as per their eligibility criteria.

HPCET Counseling 2024

HPCET 2024 Counseling Registration will be started soon and those applicants are shortlisted in the merit list, they will be called out for counseling rounds and there will be two rounds of counseling.

The candidates have to carry the required documents at the counseling procedure for verification. After the document verification, the seat allotment procedure will be done for the candidates and the applicants should be necessarily present there.

Following are the procedure of HPCET counseling has mentioned below for candidates and they have to follow them.

• The shortlisted applicants need to pay counseling fees will to get admission in various B.Tech/B.E courses.
• HPCET counselling will be done to provide admission to the candidates through two rounds of counselling.
• The candidates will be called for HPCET counseling based on the merit list.
• Candidates must report to the HPCET counseling center.
• After all the formalities of HPCET counselling are completed, the selection letter will be issued to the shortlisted candidates
• At the time of counseling, candidates have to pay a non-refundable University fee of Rs. 3000.
• Candidates can pay it via Point of Sales (POS) Machine using Debit/Credit card or through Demand draft is drawn in favor of the Finance Officer, H.P. Technical University payable at Hamirpur

Documents to be carried for HPCET Counseling Procedure 2024

• Certificate of having passed the qualifying examination.
• Marks-sheet issued by the Board/University.
• Matriculation/Higher Secondary Part-I/Indian School Certificates showing the date of birth.
• National Level Entrance Examination/ HPCET 2024 Score Card.
• Character Certificate from the Head of Institution last attended.
• Bonafide/Domicile Certificate issued by the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate/Executive Magistrate.
• Reserved Category Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if applicable.
• Physically Challenged Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if applicable.
• Income certificate issued by the competent authority, if candidates have applied under Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme.
• An affidavit attested by the Executive Magistrate is applied under Beti Hai Anmol Scheme.
• All Kashmiri migrants must produce a domicile certificate issued by the Competent Authority if applied under Supernumerary Kashmiri Migrant Quota.
