HSTES Diploma Engineering (Polytechnic) Application Form 2024

The HSTES Diploma Engineering (Polytechnic) Application Form will be available soon and those candidates are wishing to get admission to the Diploma Engineering (Polytechnic) program from the colleges of Haryana State, can apply to this program by filling the application form online mode. The application form fills the steps mentioned below.

• Firstly, candidates must have to go on the official webpage of the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES).
• The application form link will be provided on the official website and candidates and have to click on it for registration.
• After registering the required details, the login details will be provided to the candidates to fill out the application form.
• The applicants should have to fill in all the correct and complete details in the application form.
• They have to upload their scanned required documents such as photographs and signatures and make the payment of the application fee online as well as offline mode.
• After entering all the details, applicants have to submit the application form and also take a printout of it for future use.

The Application Fee for General Categories Rs.500/- for Reserved Categories  Rs.200/- and Counseling Fee: Rs.500/-  For All Categories.

HSTES Diploma Engineering (Polytechnic) Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should be qualified in the 10th Std/ SSC Examination with at least 35% marks (33% in case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes category or Kashmiri Migrants Category) at the qualifying examination. Compulsory pass in Maths and Science subjects in the qualifying examination.

Based on Secondary School Examination (Matriculation) or equivalent qualifying examination, admission will be provided to the candidates.

HSTES Diploma Engineering (Polytechnic) Merit List 2024

HSTES Diploma Engineering 2024 Merit list will be released in the last week of August 2024. On the official website of Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES), the merit list will be published and those applicants will have obtained qualified marks in the examination, they will be shortlisted in the merit list.

If two applicants have the same aggregate marks in the qualifying examination i.e. 10+2, the applicant’s date of birth will be considered.

The seats will be reserved for the candidates as per their categories.

HSTES Diploma Engineering (Polytechnic) Counseling Procedure 2024

The counselling procedure will be conducted through authority and those applicants are selected on the merit list, they will be called out for the counselling session. At the counselling center, applicants must have to fill the registration form of counselling, fill out their choices of colleges and courses, and carry the required documents for verification.

Admission will be provided to the candidates based on marks of the candidates, choice filling, and document verification. After seat allotment, the allotment letter will be provided to the candidates to report at the allotted college with the required documents for submission.

• Application No. and Password (the candidate shall enter his/ her Application No. and Password for Verification process at the Designated Center)
