Indian Institute Of Management (IIM Calcutta) represents the 1st Indian Institute of Management to be determined in India. The institute provides Post Graduate, Executive officer and Doctoral level programs in the field of management. Admission is done through a fully qualified CAT or GMAT score.  Being established for 50 years, the Institute has consistently seen a high number of recruiters and the students have served in the reputable firms across the world.

IIM Calcutta 2024 Application Form

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta 2024 Application Form will be Releasing soon for Various Courses. It is mandatory to register on the website to complete the application form. So, candidates first register themselves and then to move further.

Application Form 2024 will be at the official site. photocopy of the application form, acknowledgment slip, fee payment Challan, migration and a certificate another major certificate. the Application form will require. A student may apply for the application form.

  • Candidates have to provide their personal and educational detail in the Application Form.
  • A moment of the filled application form, candidates must complete the exam city center and upload the digital copies of passport size photograph and signatures in .jpeg or .jpg format.
  • Pick up the printout of the Application Form and then hold it till the admission.
  • The correction in the other fields is only allowed prior to the last date of registration.
  • Candidates can make the correction in these fields such as Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Nationality, Gender, Marital status, etc.

IIM Calcutta 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Tabulated below are the courses offered by the management institute at different levels:

  • In case a candidate is awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, converting with the percentage of marks will be based on a procedure certified by the university/institution from where a bachelor’s degree has been received.
  • In case the institution contains no scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing the candidate’s CGPA by maximum available CGPA and then multiplying the result with 100.
  • Components and corresponding weights for deriving composite scores

Following criterion is adopted to distribute weight to the various components to be taken into account while deriving a composite score:

  • After deriving the composite scores, the composite cut-off is decided by each category for short-listing the candidate for the Stage-II selection process.
  • Candidates to be short-listed for PI and WAT process will be done on the exclusive discretion of the Institute depending on which batch size of the incoming batch.

The composite score for final selection derives as per the following criterion. The corresponding weights against each argument are listed below, which are further used in the manufacture of the category-wise merit list.

Candidates are fulfilling the eligibility criteria can request admission through the official website of the Institute. For MBA and Ph.D., the candidate must register yourself on the official website of CAT, to be eligible for admission. Candidates who fasten the above-mentioned minimum percentile in CAT in respective categories will only be considered in the calculation of their composite score in Stage II. The Composite Score will be calculated by computing the percentage of marks (Class 10 and Class 12) and assigning weights to different components like:

  • CAT Score
  • Class 10 marks
  • Class 12 marks
  • Marks in the Bachelor’s Degree
  • Gender Diversity Factor

The maximum points assigned to the candidates who score 80% or above in Class Xth or XIIth will be 10 and 15 points respectively. The final selection originated as per the following criterion. Appropriate weights toward each parameter are listed below, which are extra used for the preparation of the category-wise merit list.
