Application Fee

ICFAI ILSAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria

To enter in law courses offered by the ICFAI has to meet the following eligibility criteria for ILSAT 2024. Aspirants applying must take a look at the eligibility criteria with care before advancing toward filling out the application.

Candidates must check the following details regarding ILSAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

• Nationality: Indian National candidates are eligible to apply.
• Qualification: Candidates must have passed the twelfth class or equivalent from a recognized board or university. Candidates need to clear their Graduation in Five Year / Three Year Law (BA-LLB / BBA-LLB /LLB) or any equivalent degree in Law to apply for the LLM Program. And in Ph.D. Program candidates have to secure a minimum of 55% in Post Graduate Degree in Law from a recognized board or university.
• Percentage: Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in English medium in the 12^th examination to apply in BBA – LLB / BA – LLB. To apply to the LLM Program applier needs to secure a minimum of 50% marks in above mention degree.
• Appearing: Candidates who are appearing in the final year of the 12^th class and waiting for results are also eligible to apply in BBA – LLB / BA – LLB.
• Age limit: Candidates applying age should be 20 years at the time of applying in BBA – LLB / BA – LLB.

• The eligible candidate has to fill the application by providing detail such as Name, Father/Mother Name, Address, Gender, Aadhaar Cards, Birth of Date, Mobile/Phone Number, and Certificate, etc.
