JCECE Exam Pattern 2023 provides an idea to the candidates about the number of questions asked, number of sections, marking scheme, and time duration. The JCECE 2023 Exam Pattern will be based on the written form by the offline medium. It is important to know the exam’s designation before applying for the exam.

The exam pattern teaches you about the number and type of questions, the marking system, and the allotted time. The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination is conducted through the guidance of the JCECE Board.

This state-level entrance exam offers the opportunity to a large number of students in the field of Agriculture, Homeopathy, forestry, and much more. There will be negative markings in the exam. The exam starts in June but before the exam, students have to look at the pattern of the exam through which they can study and prepare for the exam.

JCECE 2023 Exam Pattern

JCECE Admit Card 2023 will be releasing on 2 weeks before the examination. The exam pattern will be made known by JCECEB was known as Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board two weeks before the exam commences.

PCM Group

• The students may choose PCM to provide answers from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
• This group can be chosen to enrol in Engineering, Agriculture, and Forestry.
• The paper will be comprised of 150 overall questions in English and Hindi.

• Through this group, you can make a career in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Homeopathy, and Ayurveda.

Types of Questions

The question paper will be consisting of objective questions so you will not require spending much time on the particular question.

Negative Marking

One and a half marks will be removed for the students who will be attending the wrong answer.

Marking system you have given the right answer, one mark will be added to the total marks. So it is suggested to be careful not to give the wrong answer.

Subjects in the Question Paper

The question paper will be structured in English and Hindi so you will have no trouble interpreting the questions. You can easily answer the question.

No of Questions

The question includes four subjects divided section-wise, so will be 150 questions per section.

The exam will be a three-hour test in other words, for the Biology and Mathematics section, you will be given one hour and for Physics and Chemistry, you will have two hours.

The exam comes to the students for providing courses such as B.Sc Agriculture, B.Sc Forestry, BV.Sc and BHMS.
