JGEEBILS 2024 Application Form will be Released Soon. The JGEEBILS is completely known as Joint Graduate Entrance Examination for Biology and Interdisciplinary Life Sciences and it is the national-level entrance examination. The conducting authority of JGEEBILS is the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR).

This examination is conducted annually to provide admission to the candidates in various graduate programs such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer & Systems Sciences (including Communications and Applied Probability). It is conducted at the Mumbai campus and various National Centers of TIFR, and every year, many candidates may appear in this entrance examination based on their eligibility criteria.

JGEEBILS 2024 Application Form 

Those applicants who want to get admission in various graduate programs such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, Computer & Systems Sciences from Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), can apply for the JGEEBILS by filling the Application Form through online mode by visiting the official website of TIFR. The Application Form details as mentioned below.

• The application form of JGEEBILS will be available online mode and before filling out the Application Form, applicants should have to follow the important instructions.
• The JGEEBILS 2024 Application Form will be Released.
• JGEEBILS 2024 Application Form can be filled till November 2023. 
• There will be a separate Application Form for each subject and to fill out the Application Form, applicants have to visit the official website.
• In the Application Form, applicants should have to provide educational details such as passed examinations and obtained marks.

Application Fee

The application fee for male candidates is Rs 1200/- and for female candidates is Rs.600 And Others: Rs 600/-. The application fee can be paid online mode by using internet banking/Debit /Credit Card/or by Sending a Draft.

The demand draft should be drawn on the state bank of India in Favour of “Tata Institute of Fundamental Research” payable at Mumbai and mailed to the University cell

JGEEBILS 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Those applicants who want to apply in this entrance examination; they must have to check their eligibility criteria before filling out the Application Form. The eligibility criteria as mentioned below.

Biology in Ph.D. Program

Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Science or must be Bachelor’s in Applied Science. They should also be trained for at least 1 year.

M.Sc Wildlife Biology and Conservation     

Candidates must be graduated in any discipline with at least 50% marks in important subjects; they will be able to get admission in this course. The age of the candidates should not be more than 35 years as on 1st July 2016. Students should also be interested in wildlife research and conservation.

For better preparation of the examination, applicants must have to prefer the syllabus, which consists of Multiple Choice Questions Coving Basics Only in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology.

JGEEBILS 2024 Result 

The JGEEBILS Exam result will declare in the 1st week of April 2024 and those applicants have given this examination, they can check their results through online mode by visiting on the official website of Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR).

The result will declare in Rank-Wise, Roll No Wise and Category Wise. On the basis of the result of the candidates, the admission will provide to them.

After obtaining qualified marks in the entrance examination, applicants will be shortlisted in the merit list for admission. The selected candidates should complete the admission procedure by submitting the required documents and admission fee.
