The JGEEBILS is completely known as Joint Graduate Entrance Examination for Biology and Interdisciplinary Life Sciences and it is the national-level entrance examination. The conducting authority of JGEEBILS is the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR).

The application fee for male candidates is Rs 1200/- and for female candidates is Rs.600 And Others: Rs 600/-. The application fee can be paid through online mode by using internet banking/Debit /Credit Card/or by Sending Draft.

The demand draft should be drawn on the state bank of India in Favour of “Tata Institute of Fundamental Research” payable at Mumbai and mailed to the University cell

JGEEBILS 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Those applicants want to apply in this entrance examination; they must have to check their eligibility criteria before filling the Application Form. The eligibility criteria as mentioned below.

Biology in Ph.D. Program

Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Science or must be Bachelors in Applied Science. They should also be trained for at least 1 year.

M.Sc Wildlife Biology and Conservation     

Candidates must be graduated in any discipline with at least 50% marks in important subjects; they will be able to get admission in this course. The age of the candidates should not be more than 35 years as on 1st July 2016. Students should also be interested in wildlife research and conservation.

The result will declare in Rank-Wise, Roll No Wise and Category Wise. On the basis of the result of the candidates, the admission will provide to them.
