Counseling is the process of selection and allotment of seats. qualified candidates can get admission after the counseling process. The selection will be done based on the merit of eligible candidates determined by the rank scored in the entrance examination.

The allotment of seats will be done through counseling. JKCET Counselling 2023 will be organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOSE). The candidates will be called for counseling one after the other as per the order in the merit list. Counseling the seats are allotted to the candidates. The rank-wise counseling schedule will be published in the English newspapers of the state.

It will be also available on the official website of JKBOPEE. The candidates need to be present in person for counseling. The candidates must come for the counseling along with all documents in the original, admit card, and a payment receipt of Rs. 500/- paid at the POS terminal at JKBOPEE office Sgr./ Jammu. The fees can be paid through a swap machine at the JKBOPEE office, Srinagar/Jammu.

J&K JKBOPEE CET 2023 Counselling Process

• Candidates need to attend the J&K JKBOPEE CET 2023 counseling process in person or otherwise.
• For the second option, they would be required to provide the authorized representatives with the original admit cards and the authority letters signed by them.
• Candidates will need to pay the J&L JKBOPEE CET 2023 Counseling fees of Rs. 1200.
• The Fee can be paid using the Point of Sale (POS) machine installed in the J&K JKBOPEE office, Jammu/ Srinagar by using an ATM Card/Debit card/ Credit card.

Steps to Fill the Choices of J&K JKBOPEE Counselling 2023

• Select the link to fill in the choices.
• Candidates will have to register themselves by entering the required details.
• The password is generated by the candidates.
• Candidates will have to log in using the application number and password.
• Fill in the choices of colleges and lock it.
• Pay the Counseling fee and submit the form.
• Take a printout of the filled choices.

Documents Required for J&K JKBOPEE CET 2023 Counselling:

• J&K JKBOPEE CET 2023 admit card
• J&K JKBOPEE CET 2023 application form
• Reserved Category Certificate (if any)
• Marks certificate of the qualifying examination (12th class)
• Date of Birth (Matriculation Certificate/ Secondary School Certificate) from the Board of School Education
• State Subject Certificate
• Tuition Fee Waiver Certificate if applicable
• Electronic result card
• ID Proof like Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Election Card, School Identity Card, Passport, Driving License
• Self-attested two photographs with white background in an envelope of 10″*14″ size
• Fee deposition slip or admission slip (for candidates who got seats in the 11th round of Counseling and are willing to upgrade it)
