KEAM 2023 3rd Round Allotment has been Released for Medical Courses. 2nd Round Final Allotment for Pharmacy and Other Allied Course has been Released on 10th October 2023. 3rd Round Seat Allotment has been released on 3rd September 2023. 3rd Option Registration has been Started on 23rd August 2023. Counselling Registration has been Started on 20th July 2023. Counselling will be conducted through CAP (Centralized Allotment Process). The selected candidates will be considered for KEAM counselling in 2023.

The candidates need to report to the allotted seats offered by the colleges in Kerala. The Counselling session will be conducted through a Single Window System for the allotment of seats to the candidates. The candidates who qualify for KEAM 2023 will be allowed to participate in the counselling process. It is required for the candidates to register themselves successfully for the KEAM 2023 Counselling.

This exam is a gateway for providing admissions to professional degree courses in various fields like engineering, agriculture, etc. It is also called the Kerala Engineering Entrance or the Kerala Medical Entrance exam.

Documents Required for KEAM 2023 Counselling

Candidates who will get seat allotment will have to report to the Principal/Head of the Institution concerned for admission at the specified time with the following documents:

• KEAM 2023 Admit Card
• Certificate to prove date of birth.
• Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended
• Conduct Certificate.
• Original mark list of the qualifying examination (Higher Secondary or equivalent) and the Pass certificate of the qualifying examination (if issued).
• Original mark list of D-Pharm. Part-I and Part-II examinations and Diploma in Pharmacy certificate (if applicable)
• Eligibility certificate from the University of Kerala, in the case of candidates who have passed a qualifying examination other than Higher Secondary Examination/Vocational Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Government of Kerala or the examination conducted by CBSE and CISCE.
• Migration Certificate (if applicable).
• Physical Fitness Certificate in the relevant format given in Annexure VIII of the Prospectus 2023.
• Receipt of fee remitted.
• Datasheet of KEAM 2023.
• Allotment Memo issued by the CEE.
• Any other documents required by the Head of Institution.

KEAM 2023 Counselling Procedure

• Seat allotment is done via the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) through the Single Window System (SWS).
• The KEAM Counselling 2023 will be conducted after the result declaration.
• The counselling for the second round will be commencing in October 2023.
• The seat allotment will be done based on ranks obtained by the candidates and options filled by candidates.
• The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, will conduct the counselling process with the support of the National Informatics Center.
• After seat allotment, candidates must report at the allotted college to confirm the seats and their admission.
