They should have passed 10+2 standard in the Vocational stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as a subject with at least 45% marks to qualify for admission.

Lateral Entry:

B.Tech (Aerospace Engineering)

Diploma in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Aircraft Maintenance engineering stream with at least 60% marks or B.Sc Physics/ Chemistry with Mathematics with at least 60% marks.

B.Tech (Biomedical Engineering/ Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics)

The candidates to have passed Diploma in Chemical, Instrumentation, Food Technology or Pharmaceutical Technology stream with minimum 60% marks or B.Sc Physics/ Chemistry, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology or Biochemistry with minimum 60% marks to apply for Karunya University admission 2024.

B.Tech (Civil Engineering)

The candidate should have passed Diploma in Civil, Civil & Rural, Architectural Assistance ship, Architecture stream with minimum 60% marks or B.Sc Physics/ Chemistry with Mathematics with at least 60% marks.

B.Tech (Computer Science Engineering/ Electronics & Electrical Engineering/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering)

For admissions, the candidates should have passed Diploma in Computer Science Engineering, Computer Technology, Information Technology, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Biomedical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Control Engineering stream with at least 60% marks or B.Sc Physics/ Chemistry with Mathematics with minimum 60% marks.

B.Tech (Electronics & Media Technology)

The candidate should have at least passed Diploma in Computer Science Engineering, Computer Technology, Information Technology, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Biomedical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Printing technology stream with at least 60% marks or B.Sc Physics/ Chemistry with Mathematics with minimum 60% marks.

B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)

The candidates to have passed Diploma in Mechanical, Mechanical & Rural Engineering, Mechanical Design & Drafting, Production, Automobile, Metallurgy, Mechatronics, Machine tool repair & Maintenance, Tool & Die making, Tool Engineering, Foundry Technology, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Agricultural Engineering, Marine Engineering, Fisheries & Navigation, Pulp & Paper Technology stream with at least 60% marks or B.Sc Physics/ Chemistry with Mathematics with at least 60% marks to apply for Karunya University admission 2024.

B.Tech (Food Processing and Engineering)

The candidate should have passed Diploma in Food Processing and Preservation / Chemical Engineering / Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering / B.Sc. in Food Sciences / Food Sciences and Quality Control / Food Nutrition and Dietetics / Food Technology / Biochemistry / Mathematics / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Chemistry / Physics or Equivalent Diploma / B.Sc degree.

MBA

Karunya University, Coimbatore admissions requires the candidate to have a Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized University.

B.Sc

The candidates to have passed 10+2 standard with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology/ Zoology/ Botany/ Computer Science as compulsory subjects from a recognized Board with at least 50% marks to apply for Karunya University admission.

BA + MA

The candidates to have passed 10+2 standard with at least 50% marks to apply for Karunya University admission.

B.Sc + M.Sc

The candidates to have at least 45% marks in 10+2 in the relevant subject to apply for Karunya University admission.

MA

The candidates to have passed a Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate branch from a recognized university to apply for Karunya University admission.

M.Phil

The candidates to have a Master’s Degree or M.Sc in the relevant stream with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University to apply for Karunya University admission.

M.Sc

The candidate should have passed a bachelor’s degree in the appropriate branch of a recognized University to qualify for admission.

M.Tech

The candidates must have completed BE/ B.Tech Degree in the appropriate branch from a recognized university to apply for Karunya University admission 2024.

BBA/ B.Com

The candidates to have passed 10+2 in any stream with Mathematics & English as compulsory subjects from a recognized Board to apply for Karunya University admission.
