KLEU AIET 2024 (KLE University All India Entrance Test) will be conducted by the KLE University. The Counselling will be conducted for providing admission in the Undergraduate courses in BAMS, B. Pharm, Pharm. D, BPT, B. Sc. Nursing, PB B. Sc. Nursing. And also offers admission in Postgraduate courses like M. Pharm, MPT & M. Sc. (Nursing). Once the candidates get qualified in the entrance exam. The candidate will get admission to KLE University constituent colleges.

The Counselling for KLEU AIET 2024 will commence after the declaration of the result. Candidates getting minimum cut off marks in the examination will be eligible to appear in the counselling process.

The Counselling for KLEU AIET 2024 will be conducted online mode at the official website. The KLEU AIET 2024 counselling will be conducted for 200 MBBS Seats and 100 BDS seats, the university will announce the result at the end of May 2024 .

KLEU AIET 2024 Counselling Procedure: 

The qualified candidates will be called for the KLEU AIET 2024 Counselling 2024 on the basis of the merit list. The candidates will get the call letter for counselling from the university website.

The counselling will be organized at KLE University. The schedule & counselling procedure will be published on the official website. The document verification & seat allotment will take place in the counselling process.

• Counselling for KLEU AIET 2024 will be conducted at KLE University, Belgaum.
• Candidates need to register themselves for the counselling process.
• After that, candidates have to attend the document verification process, they must carry the required documents along with them.
• The authority will verify the documents and the candidate’s name will be listed in the final merit list of counselling.
• After document verification, candidates need to fill the option form for colleges and courses. The candidates must fill the choices as per their preference.
• The counselling authority will allow the seats to the candidates on the basis of the rank in the merit list, choices filled by the candidates and availability of seats.
• All the candidates will receive the call letter for the counselling round.
• Candidates need to obtain the call letter from the official website and report at the allotted college on the specified date and time.
• At the time of admission, candidates have to carry the documents and admission fees in order to confirm the admission and seats at the allotted college.
• If the candidate fails to report, their seats will be given to the next candidate and the admission will be considered cancelled.
• Without the payment of fees, admission cannot be confirmed.

Documents Required for the Counselling Procedure:

1. Call letter for counselling of KLEU AIET 2024
   2. KLEU AIET 2024 Admit card
   3. School certificate of class 10th and 12th
   4. Transfer and character certificate from the school studied last
   5. BRD and KTC class certificate in case it is applicable
   6. Migration certificate if applicable
   7. Affidavit on stamp paper with prescribed format dually signed by the applicant and his/her parents in the presence of Notary Public.
   8. Certificate for Medical fitness
   9. Certificate from the school principal mentioning no charges of ragging on the applicant in the school/college last studied.
   10. Six recent passport-sized photographs with the applicant’s name written on the backside
   11. Copy of a PAN card of parent/guardian
   12. Demand draft of Rs. 2000 in the favor of Registrar KLE University (The demand draft must be purchased by the applicant or parent of the applicant, if the demand draft is purchased by someone else then an undertaking or declaration needs to be submitted as per the preformat).
