KTUJM 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants willing to opt at KTUJM must fulfill the following eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria are changed used for UG, PG and Diploma courses.

• Candidate must acquire a bachelor’s degree in any stream of 3 years duration from the university or any other known university with 45% marks.
• To be eligible for applying to PG courses at KTUJM, the maximum age limit is 27 years as on July 01 of the admission year.

For UG courses, the anticipated maximum age limit is 22 years as of July 01, 2023, whereas for PG courses; the maximum age limit is 27years in the form on July 01, 2023. Age relaxation shall apply to SC/ST/OBC candidates of Chhattisgarh and Women applicants in accordance with the Chhattisgarh government rules.

KTUJM 2023 Admissions Process

For admission in PG course, the selection is based upon the entrance test. After the declaration of result, shortlisted candidates on the grounds of their performance in the written test will be invoked to document the confirmation process. On the day of document verification, candidates will be required to bring all necessary documents original with a photocopy.

All the information mentioned in the documents should be correct. Admission of a student will be canceled automatically if he/she continues to be absent for more than one month from the beginning of the academic session without any intimation, even when he/she has already paid all the fees.

Admission can also be canceled if it is found that the candidate provided any incorrect information, involved in any illegal activity, gross indiscipline, and a high percentage of truancy or failing to deposit fees in time. Students will be given one week’s time depositing the fees. The decision of the University shall be final and binding on disputes involving admission.
