MAH CETMAH CET Eligibility Criteria 2020 released online by the MAH CET 2020 Conducting Authority. MAH CET is conducted Every year by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) which is the sole authority to perform the entrance exam.

This Exam is organized to take the admission into MMS/MBA and other PG management programs throughout the Maharashtra State.

MAH CET 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Passed minimum Three-year duration Bachelor’s Degree awarded by any of the Universities recognized by University Grants Commission or Association of Indian Universities in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent (at least 45% in case of candidates of backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) or its equivalent, OR Appeared for the final year examination of any Bachelor’s degree to be awarded by any of the Universities recognized by University Grants Commission or Association of Indian Universities in any discipline.

  • Aggregate marks mean the grand total of marks obtained by the candidate in subjects on which the class declaration is made in the particular University from which the candidate is passing the qualifying examination.
  • In case the candidates are awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the conversion of grades/CGPA to percentage of marks would be based on the procedure certified by the university/institution from where they have obtained the bachelor’s degree.
  • The percentage of marks shall be calculated by rounding off to two places after the decimal.
  • The candidates belonging to SC, VJ/DT (NT (A)), NT (B), NT(C), NT (D), OBC SBC and SEBC categories should produce “Caste Validity Certificate” issued by Scrutiny Committee of Social Welfare Department and the Candidate belonging to ST the category should submit “Tribe Validity Certificate” issued by Scrutiny Committee of Tribal Department and valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate except SC, ST candidates at the time of verification of documents.

MAH CET 2020 Eligibility Criteria

MAH CET Eligibility criteria must be followed before applying for MAH CET 2020.

Maharashtra CandidatesAll India Candidates
Candidate must have secured at least 30 marks in the state’s MBA entrance examination.Candidate must have appeared in any of the CAT/MAT/XAT/JMET/AIMA entrance examinations.

In these subjects taken together, the candidates should have secured a minimum of 50 % marks (for General Category) and at least 45% marks (for reserved category and Persons with Disability candidates) belonging to Maharashtra State only).OR Candidates must have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and secured a minimum of 50 % aggregate marks (for General category) and at least 45% aggregate marks (for reserved/ backward category/ Persons with Disability) belonging to Maharashtra State only.

Must have passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized university as defined by UGC with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (for General category) and at least 45% aggregate marks (for backward class/ Persons with Disability) belonging to Maharashtra State only. These candidates should have passed XII class with Mathematics as a subject Entrance Test: Candidates must have secured a valid score in MAH CET 2020 (PCM) or JEE Main 2020 Paper I
