NOTE: There are six essential criteria to apply for the MCA course in Maharashtra through the entrance exam.

• Nationality – The entrant should be an Indian only.
• Qualifying exam – The entrant must pass the three-year Bachelor’s degree from any stream from any recognized university (UGC/AIU)
• Minimum Marks – It must obtain at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam, and for the reserved categories, it should be 40%, but this is only for Maharashtra state students.
• Subjects – It is a must-pass in Mathematics as one subject in the 12^th or Graduation level.
• For Lateral entry – It is must pass the Bachelor’s Degree in computer application (Computer science) or science (Information Technology)
• Appearing Candidates – Students already in the final year of the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply.
