Mata gujri kishanganj is approved by UGC. MATA GUJRI KISHANGANJ is offering admission in the various courses like the DIP MED, MBBS, MD, MS.

Mata Gujri University, Kishanganj was financed and established by the Mata Gujri Memorial Medical College & L.S.K. Hospital, Trust Kishanganj, Bihar under Bihar Private University act- 20,2013, Dated 09/09/2013 vide The Alert No- 463 Dated 20/02/2019. Mata Gujri University is in the city of Kishanganj on the North-East part of the State of Bihar.

It is situated on the Delhi-Guwahati National Highway No-31, The Town is well connected by all major cities and towns of Bihar as well as with the neighboring States through rail services. Kishanganj in only 400 Kms from Patna Sahib. 450 km from Kolkata and 80 Kms from Bagdogra Airport, near Siliguri (Darjeeling).

The Nominees are requested carefully in order to go through the information booklet the fill the application form.

• Mata Gujri University 2024 Application Form will be Released soon.
• The application form is invited through online operation only.
• In order to implement, an applicant must complete the online Registration/Admission Form.
• There is a common “Registration/Admission Form” for all the courses.
  Click on the ‘Submit’ button submit to duly filled Registration/Admission Form.
• Once the duly filled Registration/Admission Form is submitted, proceed to submit the Registration/Admission Fee.
• The regime of Registration/Admission Fee Payment:
• After entering details, students will receive the application ID and password to its registered mobile number and Email ID.
• Upload your scanned images of passport size photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression.
• Fill all the details in the right way and carefully to avoid any mistakes. The authority will be providing the final correction facility from 2024.

Application Fee:

Online (Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking): The applicant when you have filled in the form needs to click on the “submit” button, a box with “SBI E-pay” for the online payment will be displayed. The applicant must fill all information closely and pay the fee through Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking.
Direct Transfer (NEFT):

Candidate must log in into his/her account through Net Banking and then adds the institute’s account as the beneficiary. After the activation of a beneficiary account, the applicant may transfer the Registration/Admission Fee directly.

The eligibility criteria differ for various courses offered by the college. The candidates seeking admission have to meet below-mentioned eligibility criteria:

Admission Process for BBA:

The following procedure is followed for admission into the BBA course:

• Candidates are required to show up for the entrance test.
• The option will be made on the basis of marks in the entrance test.
• The shortlisted candidates are called for a personal interview.
• The School also employs other settings such as scholastic and extracurricular record for admission.
• The final selection of the candidate will be based upon overall performance in the Admission Selection Procedure.

Admission Process for MA, M.Com, MJMC, M.Sc:

Just as soon as the candidates register themselves for the admission process through the above-mentioned process, the college will pick out chosen candidates based on their merit.

The candidates may also apply institutional quota(management quota) in which the institution will allow the unallocated vacant seats by itself.

Once the candidates fill in all the details required for the same they’ll be asked to provide the same along with a specific minimal nominal fee.

All the candidates have to choose their stream if they’ve chosen M.Sc. And the seats will be allocated on the basis of merit.

Admission Process for B.C.A, M.C.A, M.B.A:

Stage 1:

• Filling up of Application form separately.
• All students who look for admission will need to fill-up the prescribed application form, and submit the same to the Admission Office.
• The application pack can be bought in the following ways:
• Writing to the Admission Office for the required admission form or Fill in the application form online.

Stage 2:

• Appearance in Group Discussion and Personal Interview
• The dates for the group discussion and interview would be intimated to shortlisted applicants through email and the letter.

Stage 3:

• Deposition of the requisite fee
• The admissions would be final only following the payment of stated fee along with security deposit (as mentioned in the admission offer letter.
